"Initial order went okay; parts arrived in good order. However, the airbrush set came missing parts which were indicated on the site as being included; company claims that these parts are no longer included, but supposedly are sending them (haven't gotte them yet). In addition, the compressor purchased was not compatible without additional components, despite the what pre-sales had said. Discussions with support post-purchase have been erratic - different answers from different people. On the plus side, they seem to be nice but obviously fairly incompetent as a whole."

"I ordered lots of art supplies for Christmas gift from this company 1.5 weeks before Christmas. On the 4th day of my order they sent me an email to tell me that half of the items were not in stock and that they will take extra 5 business days for them to get.

This was annoying enough, given that now I had very short time to buy these items for Christmas delivery. Their reply was that another person maintains their website and the "do not update" and they also have no inventory control. So basically they sell you stuff they don't have first and then go shopping for it to fulfill your order.

I asked them to ship the rest of the supplies and ask them to do free shipping on those, as while it was reasonable to pay $16 on the entire order, I was not prepared to pay so much shipping for the remaining small items they did have in stock (a few $.99 pencils, tape, etc.).

They did not want to do that and cancelled my order. You would think an online business that probably earns most money from Holiday sales will try to redeem themselves and make it right, but not this company. If you want reliability, especially for time-sensitive deliveries, you should skip this company. I was not only disappointed I wasted time putting my large order together and wasted 4 days to now do this all over again! Don't be fulled by their "discount codes" they more than make up for it in high shipping they charge you. Plus you can get comparable discounts elsewhere."
