"Ordered on a Thursday, and the item didn't even ship until Monday. Also, I had a question about the part I needed, and the live chat was worthless. There were like 4 different part numbers for the same item- a switch - for my make and model. They really had no clue what to tell me. I even had my VIN number.
And then there's the shipping. My total was $41. Shipping was $10 - on a switch that can fit in the palm of your hand!!
So now I'm waiting FOUR DAYS to ship just to see if one of the two choices I narrowed it down to will fit. If it doesn't, I"m REALLY looking forward to waiting the better part of a week to get the newer part shipped, and heaven only knows what the return process will be like.
The only way I would shop here again would be if I absolutely couldn't get the part from a decent vendor.
