"I rented three textbooks with chegg and it took 2 weeks to come in the mail and the third one never came till this day. I tried contacting customer service and the whole customer service team was out of town helping people out with the hurricane, which is fine but the whole office though ???? The only way I can contact them is through social media ??? What about the customers that don’t have social media. Chegg was a big inconvenience for me I will never rent with chegg again. "
