Leaf spring bump stops

"Ordered some leaf spring bump stop for my Toyota PU. Was told the next day that Toyota no longer makes them for the year of my truck. I asked if there was a replacement for them. I was told they were unable to find one. I think they should not advertise them if they can't get them. I found one through the Yota Shop and ordered it."

2000 Toyota sway bar

"Had ordered front sway bar and gave the VIN # , did not hear any thing for a week and when I called collan said nothing was shipped because they were showing two sway bars, and no one contacted me about this till a week later when i called. I need this part ASAP OVER NIGHT IT JUST MAKE IT HAPPEN."

Ordering a Part online failed me

"I ordered a license plate holder for the front of a 2015 Camry. I ordered it online. While in the area of the dealership I got this message… How was your experience with checkered flag… I was led to believe that the part was in. My first encounter at the parts desk was with the young man who asked for the order number. I did not have it ready because for some reason, I thought a name would be sufficient. This seem to frustrate him and he got up and went back into the parts area to, give my name to someone else and I heard him say “I can’t do anything with this“. Meanwhile I was looking for my order number and I found it and he begrudgingly took it and passed it on. Then somebody came from the back and said “do you want to verify that with a Vin number Because there’s a 10% restocking fee. I knew that when I ordered it and was confident and had no worries about the license plate holder and checked the box when I ordered it confirming such. He says the part wasn’t here and he could have it here tomorrow. I live an hour and a half away and told him that I’m here today but I won’t be back in this area for another two weeks and asked him to cancel the order. He was kind and said yes he would do that. I do understand that Toyota is not Amazon And will know in the future to just go right to Amazon to get items like this. "
