"I ordered 4 shirts almost 2 months ago and have not received them yet! When you call the provided number (1-***-***-****) no one ever answers the phone, your given the option of talking to the voice mail system or having a representative call you back and when you leave a message no one calls! Talk about poor customer service, being unprofessional and dissatisfying the customer...those who gave 5 stars and good reviews had to have been employees!

I'm beginning to think that this company is being run out of someones garage in their backyard! If you want a semblance of communication your better off leaving a message in the live chat box and take a chance of someone sending an email saying your chat is being reviewed by a customer service rep! At least then you know someone actually exist in customer relations although they still won't follow up on communicating what's going on with your products.

I can't understand why it's taking 2 months to embroider 4 shirts! Did they have to go out and first make the shirts they are embroidering? Thank God I didn't give them my original order and chose to go with someone different! This is insane!

I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company to anyone! I would highly recommend doing your research before using this company.

"Cheap Embroidery exceeded our expectations! 1 August, 2015, the USMC's CH-46 helicopter was schedule to be retired after 50 years of service. To commemorate this event the CH-46 Last Flight Committee was seeking for a company to produce an extremely large number (over 800) of affordable, quality polo shirts requiring a very complicated embroidered logo. A social event to honor this event was being held at the National Museum of the Marine Corps and these shirts were being given away as a gift to those who would be attending. The attendees were coming from all over the country to honor the aircraft and they included government officials, high ranking military personnel and many industry leaders. This event was extremely time sensitive and emotionally important. We had one shot to get it right. After reviewing a large number of vendors Cheap Embroidery was selected because their work was of the highest quality. Their production of the embroidery, shirt quality, workmanship, price and customer service were highly above the rest. Megan and Tiffany at Cheap Embroidery knew how important this event was and they ensured our order was delivered on time, on budget and most importantly, of the highest quality. Both Megan and Tiffany were EXTREMELY a pleasure to work with, The shirts were a great success and everybody was wearing theirs during the actual Last Flight Ceremony the next day! Cheap Embroidery will be the first company we'll look to for our future needs.

"Just wanted to take a moment and let everyone know how very satisfied I am with my order from Cheap Embroidery.com , now yes there was a delay between when I ordered and when my order arrived but it was due to high volume of orders and at all times I was kept in the loop from their wonderful customer service department. Just cant say enough about the quality of their work and I love the fact I get to approve all final art work and colors before my product went to production. Shirt size, color were correct and the embroidery was beautiful, my second order is running right on schedule and I know I will be just as happy with that order. I would highly recommend this company for all your embroidery needs and don't hesitate to contact their customer service team with any concerns they will bend over backwards to take care of your needs. Trust me you will be very happy with your final product.

"I received my lovely embroired ball cap in a timely fashion, even before I expected it!!! It is SO beautiful that I hate to say that it came from "cheap embriordery.com" because the job is an expensive job done so very professionally and just the way I wanted. "We loved the items we selected, polo shirts and hats! The prices were good and so was the quality of the product and the embroidery. Don't be mislead by the "cheap" in their name - it relates only to what they charge, not the end product or how they do business. We had a glitch in processing and the customer service to resolve the issue was absolutely TOP NOTCH! We will be back for sure."

"I received my order of shirts and hats today and was very happy with the outcome. They were done exactly to the proof they sent me. I have worked for a commercial printer for years and know how people look at proofs and I mean they hit it on the nose.

"I went to cheapembroidery.com in search for some shirts that we needed for a trade show. I will admit, it was quite last minute on my part, but the associate that I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I had my proofs within a day and after approving them, was told that I would receive them in time for my show. A couple days in, I was told that the shirt I requested was out of stock and that a like item would be substituted.

This substitution did not hinder the delay of my shipment at all and was thrilled when my shirts arrived a day early. The shirts were of a like quality and I had no complaints with them. I would definitely order from cheapembroidery.com again!

"As a brand new, non-profit, I was looking for an inexpensive product and the ability to order a few items rather than an unaffordable, minimum order. I found CheapEmbroidery.com and thought it sounded great. It didn't sound like a scam site, and the products seemed like they were of decent quality for the price.

I had no problems placing the order online, but it was a couple weeks before anyone got back to me with a proof to approve. Once I received the proof, the rep was friendly (via email) and helpful, but eventually it took longer and longer to get back to me with the new proofs. Once I gave final approval, I was told the order would ship within ten days. That never happened.

I tried calling and leaving messages (allowing a day or two between contact to afford a reasonable time to respond), but they were unanswered. I filled out their online contact form and received no responses. I finally was able to access the website at a time their online chat rep was logged in to try and figure out what was going on with me order because my account indicated it was still waiting for approval. It hadn't even entered production a month post approval.

I was put through to a higher rep who made excuses and implied I shouldn't place an order less than two months in advance because "things happen," and they can't guarantee deliveries, etc, and claimed I was never told my order would ship within ten days after I gave the final approval. Fortunately I saved all the emails, and the rep who wrote the information about the shipment was the same one I was having to deal with.

I was offered a 15% refund and that they would rush everything to get it to me the following week for an event I needed them for. The order did arrive the day they promised it, except that one item was done incorrectly and two items were missing. Everything else looked fantastic.

After calling and leaving messages again, emailing the rep directly, and getting no responses again, I utilized the online chat rep again. I was asked to forward the emails I sent regarding the mistakes and that she would get back to me the following day. That never happened. Another couple of days later, I used the chat again. The same person just forwarded everything to the other rep who didn't call me, she merely sent me an email stating she would replace the missing items and redo the item that was done wrong. But she went on to say that she was trying to figure out what happened, and why it happened, and that's why she didn't contact me. I was told that I would have to give her some time to figure out what went wrong.

This is now another week later, three weeks since the 15% refund promise, and that hasn't happened, nor have I heard anything further about when I can expect to receive the rest of my order.

I thought this was going to be a good company to work with, being in the United States, and initially having good contact with the rep. I am disappointed that things have transpired the way they have.

"We are a new company and searched so many sites. We were disappointed with one, not going to mention that one though. We came across cheapembroidery.com, we were a little skeptical at first considering they don't make you pay a start up fee when just about all of the other sites do. We were so pleased with the customer service, with all of our fears. They really were very nice, and talked us through it. They really want to turn out a good product, and they want you to be return customers. You don't see customer service like that much any more. In the end we came out with great products to promote our company. Let's face it, the real test is after the first wash, and they still look great!!!"
