"I ordered a charging rectifier, diode, and battery for a Honda Superhawk on May 07. They charged my CC immediately and the order confirmation stated expected delivery between May 20 and 25. By June 01 still no parts. They are impossible to reach by phone; every time you call the number you get a recording and you start in the queue as 'Caller #32'...every time. Finally I got through to someone via the chat function and was informed that the order had not yet even shipped (25 days after I placed it) because the battery was on back-order! They said the battery should be there within 4 weeks and they would ship the order then. Good bye, motorcycle season in Oregon! I have tried every way I can think of to reach them and tell them to cancel the battery and ship the other parts immediately, or just cancel the whole order and refund my card but it is impossible to reach them and now they have actually closed 45min before their published closing time. Stay FAR AWAY from this disreputable vendor."
"I ordered a part for my Spyder and was told it would have to be ordered from BRP (Can Am) in Canada. I was told it would take 5-6 business days for THEM to have the part in their hands and then another 5-6 business days for them to ship it to me. Well, after waiting 10 business days, I called and was told the part had come in to them the previous day and that it would ship out either that day or the next. I explained I had an upcoming trip planned in 9 days and begged them to please get it out to me as soon as humanly possible. That was 2 days ago and I have NOT heard a word from them nor gotten an email saying it shipped. Very slow customer service!!! Not customer oriented at all!! I will NOT be ordering from them again. And, by the way, they were no cheaper than anywhere else I priced the part! Wish I had read some reviews BEFORE I ordered from them!"

"I purchased a front bumper for my ATV last week and the sale went smooth and it shipped within a day or two and arrived to me only to find out it was the wrong bumper. So instead of them letting me return it hassle free like the site says they told me i had to pay for the shipping to return it. i spent $160 on the bumper and it costed close to $100 to ship it so it wasn't worth it at all to return so looks like I'm stuck with a brand new bumper i can't do anything with. what a company to deal with!! "Bought over $300 in parts, oil filter, brakes and passenger footboard mounts. Changed my oil late Sunday and found the filter was faulty. Spent another $62 to get a new filter and more oil. CCP wouldn't reimburse me for the replacements. Said the management couldn't do that. Asking if I wanted a new filter (why the dickens would I want one? I just put a new one on!) or my money back. Yeah, send my money back for the filter and while you're at it, send the brake pads money, too. I no longer trust your parts and know you've got NO customer service interest. Not dealing with them again "

"I ordered a Middle Right Cowl set for my 2016 CBR500R because I took a spill at low speeds and scratched up my right side fairing pretty good. I had some confusion with which motorcycle to select because there were 6 different options to choose from for 2016 CBR500R. I called the customer service line and a nice individual answered and helped walk me through which selection i needed. I needed my VIN number in order to determine which selection to make. I have a matte black cbr500r ABS model and was instructed to select the CBR500RA AC choice. It says on the website ships in 3-5 days. I take that as ships from their warehouse in 3-5 days, not delivered to your door step in 3-5 days. Estimated shipping time was 6/15/2018-6/19/2018 and the fairing was delivered on 6/15/2018. The fairing was a perfect fit and perfect color. Included labels and CBR decal on it and everything. Thank you Cheap Cycle Parts for the awesome replacement fairing! Also known as Cowl. Will purchase from your website again if i ever need parts. "
"Ordered a fuel filter for a Can Am Spyder. The description states that it comes with the 2 clamps and filter. Didn't receive the clamps with the filter. Called and Customer Service, they stated that the new upgraded fuel filter no longer came with the clamps yet the fuel filter has the same P/N (upgraded...huh?) . He even stated that he was looking at the Can Am site and stated that the clamps didn't come with the filter. I was looking at the Can Am site as well, and it specifically stated that the clamps come with the fuel filter, P/N# 709000100, even stated on the web sites description (Fuel Filter Includes 11 to 12 709000100) $16.99). He stated I could buy them and he would waive the shipping charge...that was mighty nice of him, when I actually paid for them already. Have ordered several $$$$ in the past on several different bikes I won. Never again, there are several places that ship to me quicker and don't have a BS excuse as to why the parts weren't included in the order, when it even stated on both web sites CheapCycle Parts and Can Am's. I guess you can call it a $20 lesson learned. Buyer be ware!!!"

"I ordered a clutch lever and handlebar medallion for my Indian Chief. The parts were order on Oct 30, promised on Nov 8 and arrived exactly as described on Nov 5. The price was $45 lower than my local Indian dealer.
The parts are Genuine Polaris/ Indian parts.
