"I bought a set of 12 large boxes for moving from this "Cheap" company to delivery to the address of my son's rented apartment in NYC, He will moving for next semester. I ordered the large size boxes at the beginning of August, and made an appointment with the moving company to move on August 27th. I arrived in New York on August 23rd to help with the move.
When i arrive NYC, i found the large size boxes I ordered were delivered by mistake. The "cheap" company sent us 20 medium-sized boxes, and it was only a few days before the moving date.
I was very angry and called Amazon. Amazon asked me to wait for the conclusion of the "cheap" company. At The next morning I received a reply from the "cheap" company, saying that I had to carry a heavy 20 boxs go to UPS to do Return, amd all the return fees will paid by me. Simply shameless.
The "cheap" company delivered the wrong product by itself, and Let bad luck customer to pay for the return, and in Manhattan, New York, who can carry so havey 12 boxes walk to the UPS store?
And the moving company charges by Box, If I change all the large boxs to medium boxes, that means the moving company will charge me double price, Who will pay my losses?
I yelled to Amazon, bc i need ask and ask them, To be honest, I was cry, that Amazon heard my unfortunate story and decided to refund me. This "cheap" company has no conscience and is the worst seller I have ever seen in my life, don't buy anything from this company if you don't want my bad luck repeat in your life. This company Really "Cheap"!!"
"I have used them for several years with several moves (4 in the last 6 years). They have very quick delivery. I have had to call their customer support once for problems with getting the payment to go through and they were very nice. I am in the process of a move and have had to order four times in the last two months because I did not want to over-order. All orders were intact and quickly delivered. I just placed another order, hopefully my last. The moving company I am using offered a 10% discount on materials for using their company and it still did not beat these prices (well one or two items but it was not worth two separate orders). "
