"I placed an order on 09/02/10 and didn't receive an e-mail receipt acknowledging the order until 10/20/10. I almost forgot about the order I had placed and never even thought to follow-up because I've never had an e-commerce order fail to acknowledge the order in less than 24 hours.

I don't know if the t-shirts I ordered were on back-order or not -- there was no communication. But once the order was acknowledged and processed, I received them in a matter of a few days.

So if you place an order, print and/or capture a screen shot of the order receipt and then follow-up with them to make sure the order gets processed."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WEB-BASED SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Will NEVER buy from again! Its been almost a month and I have yet to receive my one product. They've never sent me a follow up email after the first and only "order processed" email (which stated I would receive my product in 3-5 business days). Emailed them, no response. Called them and they promised to ship it last week. Didn't get anything. Called again today and they gave me another ship date. No apologies, doesn't give a crap about customers. I told her it would have been nice to receive a status update email considering its been about a month and I havent gotten anything and her reply, "cancel if you want" wtf..?! Never again. Don't waste your money on this place, you'll regret it like I did. Waste of time and money!"

I was told by my verizon store that the products are hard for them to keep in stock, that local stores were out everywhere. I ordered the same products from Cheapdroids.com two days later, and they arrived in two days -- at a very reasonable price! The packaging was in good condition and it was clear the products had not been opened and repacked."

"One of the many problems with this site is that I never got an order, never got an email confirmation, and have been unable to reach them via email after repeated efforts. They did finally send half of my order, but that was it. Repeated requests for either a refund or the other half of my order have been met with silence. "I had a pretty decent time ordering from them. I did get 2 packages, but were all from the same place. They came about a week apart from one another, not too bad. Got my argle case for my samsung captivate along with my screen protetors right away maybe took a week. I was glad they sent the case fast and was not charged additional shipping. Got my little droid guy a week after which is cool. I am planing on ordering shirts for christmas gifts."

"I am in full agreement with the other two reviewers. Avoid this website for the reasons they cite and for what I will describe in this review. This website advertises "in stock" on batteries when they are not in stock. I placed an order for an extra battery for a HTC EVO phone along with a wall charger on 7/3/10. About 3 weeks went by and nothing had been shipped. I emailed them on 7/26 and asked if I could cancel the order and miraculously, the wall charger showed up a few days later and because they made part of the shipment they billed me for the battery that had not yet shipped. My inquiry for order cancellation was never acknowledged. When I saw they had billed me for the battery (which I found and received from Amazon) I emailed them again citing my request to cancel. In an email dated 8/6, CS from Cheap Droids told me I never asked them to cancel the order. I forwarded them the "can I can cancel" email from 7/26/10 and they finally sent an email today that they canceled the battery charge and that a refund was coming in "5-7 business days." I'll be amazed if they really credit me. Thankfully, I paid via PayPal and have recourse from them should this situation continue to deteriorate. This is way too much work and aggravation for a $40 battery. One incident can be a mistake, two incidents may be a coincidence but three times is a pattern of bad behavior and indicates some level of deceit and chicanery. Wait for your battery to come into stock at Amazon and buy it there. You know Amazon is trustworthy. Cheap Droids is not trustworthy at least based on my interaction with them and corroborated by two other independent reviews all describing the similar patterns of bad behavior. "

After searching multiple websites which were sold out and some that were jacking up the price, I came across cheapdroids.com and thought it was a miracle that they had the battery in stock and cheaper than anywhere else. I sit here over 3 weeks later and it still has not been shipped yet, even though the website clearly said it was available. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!!! Items are cheaper here but who the hell knows when you will ever recieve them, I'll just cross my fingers that I get my item before I end up getting another phone because apparently they charge a fee for canceling orders! There is a non-refundable fee for cancelling an order.
CheapDroids is a middle-man who does nothing more than re-order your items from third parties and presumably pocket the difference between their prices and third-party prices. They are very slow, and they list items which they do not have as available on their web site."
