"The invoice number above is my order number, which I finally received the product today, 23 February 2009, 11 days after I ordered it with "RUSH" shipping paid for. I was disappointed in Cheap AntiVirus.Com in that when I ordered the product online (as well as payment), I received an email 3 days later saying the product was backordered and I would be informed when it would be shipped and I would not be charged an additional fee for shipping---duh--I already paid for RUSH shipping. If I knew it was going to take 11 days to get security software I would have paid the additional money and gone down to the department store. That was 11 days I stayed off the internet and kept my computer off so none of these hackers and criminals can access my files. I think more can be done either by the companies that market computers or these antivirus companies to catch and prosecute these hackers. But the bottom line is that if the website says a product is "in stock" it should be available for shipment as soon as you get payment. Company responded to my review and offered discount on my order. Thanks and I would upgrade my rating of your company (if it was possible) because of the consideration shown by you to apply a discount off my order since there was a screw up on your inventory.
