"I don't get to go to many college basketball games since my favorite team, Gonzaga, plays out on the West Coast. But they played at Madison Square Garden over Thanksgiving break, so I bought tickets for my son and I to see the game. After checking a few different sites for prices, I found a great deal on seats at CHARGED.fm. The site was really easy to navigate, the checkout was simple, and the tickets were delivered to my email less than an hour later.

We got into the game fine, and it was a great time. I've been back to the site on numerous occasions, and while they don't always have the exact tickets I'd want, but the prices made up for it. I'll be back for more tickets for sure, and I'd happily recommend it to others."

I found cheaper One Direction tickets than StubHub on Chargedfm and despite a little trouble at first, April from customer service was able to e-mail me a copy of my tickets without a problem. Apparently something went wrong with the original tickets that were e-mailed to me. Now I can print them and give them to my little girls for their birthday. I was very happy with the service I received. "

"Searching for tickets on Seatgeek and redirected to Charged FM. Should have listened to my gut. Found tickets to purchase and entered all my info and hit buy. Website indicated that the tickets I tried to purchase were snatched up before I hit buy and that I needed to choose new tickets. Found another pair and bought them. Checked email and much to my dismay, both purchases went thru. I Immediately contacted them (no working customer service) and left a message. They told me I need to send proof that the website said that. What?? If it didn't, I wouldn't have bought additional tickets that I didn't use, contacted you right away about and didn't need or want. So, their message to me is not to trust their website?? And they won't stand behind it. Even worse, they will not respond to my emails or calls. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and still nothing. Dishonest and in the one reply they sent, they were condescending and rude. All complaints I have seen others make about their customer service. NEVER again! Beware of this "service", because there isn't any once they get their $$$$."

"Charged.fm is cheaper but I will never use them again. I bought tickets at 4amfor ravens vs steelers game. I got my confirmation and statement saying they were authenticating my tickets. At 2pm, I log into the site and it says my tickets have been delivered however I could not view the tickets NOR download them. I notify charged.fm and they send me a generic email saying it tickets could be in my junk email or I should try to view or print the tickets. It tell them the ticket.pdf had not content so I could not be opened and that I did not get a email, so I requested they resend to me. They go silent. After 2 and half hours, they send me a note saying they are checking with the seller on the tickets. I send in three more request every hour. Then at 6pm, I tell them I want a response. Crickets. It was 12/31 so I guess after 2pm no one was working anymore.

I can tell you this I was able to get in contact with nfl ticketexchange and stubhud on 12/31 at 7:33pm and 8:14pm.

So as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Someone from Charged.fm finally go back in contact with me on 2:26pm on 1/2. Complete unaccepted given I thought I had been had. So no way I would ever use them again."

"I bought 4 tickets for a basketball game which came out to be $100 and even though I did buy them in advance, the event is in a few days and I haven't gotten my tickets! I emailed them and just got a "I'll work on it!" email back, and now that it has been 3 days since that email I haven't gotten anything. I'm extremely disappointed and now that the event is in a couple of days the tickets went from $25 each to $60! I wish I would have known so I could have avoided this scam. Do not ever give Charged FM your money or time! "

"Do not use this site for buying tickets. I received confirmation immediately that the tickets were being sent only to be notified 4 days later that they were not able to authentisize the tickets and were giving me full refund. My refund was short by over $10 which they say they have no control over because of currency exchange. Currency does not fluctuate that much. Charged.fm is a scam!"

"I know several people who have ordered tickets from CHARGED.fm, despite what some of the reviews might say, and they have had terrific experiences. So when I saw a user-generated event taking place on the site, I decided to give it a shot. It worked great. I was immediately emailed my ticket/order confirmation and I'm all set for my event.
