"Outstanding features and at affordable price. I joined ChannelSale on my friends’ recommendations. And very glad right now that I did…. Walmart, Amazon inventory management made easy with ChannelSale

"Before I sign up with ChannelSale 7 months back, Walmart, Amazon inventory management was a really difficult and time-consuming task. After looking around at other names, I settled for ChannelSale; and it was the best decision. Its centralized platform is very easy to use… It’s simple even for the tech novice like me. I have easily integrated Walmart and Amazon stores. Now inventory management, along with product listing, feed optimization and order fulfillment is much easier and quicker. "As a new online seller, I didn’t really know about all the technical stuffs and manual work I would have to deal with. Given it allows to handle multiple channels, I have launched storefronts on many other marketplaces. Product setup is very easy and so is feed management. "I have been using ChannelSale multichannel listing solutions for a while now and am reasonably happy with it. I absolutely love their approach to integrated listing across all top platforms and an evolved approach dedicated to Amazon and eBay listing. Even absolute newbies like me find the solutions easy to understand and implement. Their prices are very affordable compared to top shot e commerce solution providers like Channel Advisor. "ChannelSale charges very less compared to other ecommerce solution providers! But I don’t think they take a laid back attitude to their business. Feb 2015, I could not log into my account and held them accountable only to see that I had not cleared my service dues (not intentionally, just missed the date). The blocking process I guess, is systemized and no one does it manually. My account was functioning normal as things got sorted out (I paid, that is). Things have been quite smooth sailing after that, besides the occasional delays in communication (especially those requested over phone), my experience with this company has been ok. "

"We were told set up of our account would take 3-4wks max.
We continuously had to email to get updates and provided the merchant 12wks to complete set up, at that point we were fed up and since this was taking longer and did not work for us anymore, we canceled set up and canceled service. We paid for 2mts for "Service" when we were unable to even log in and use the service.. channel sale now keeps beating around the bush in emails saying they want us to reconsider due to the amount of effort they "tried" to set up.. we do not care how much effort they tried, the point is they did not finish or complete what we paid for. We have filed a dispute and have now hired an attorney to take care of this.

BEWARE.. IF YOU PAY IN ADVANCE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT AND NOT REFUND YOU!!!!!
