"I ordered a hard disk on 3/3/03 when it was saying "in stock". On
3/5/03, they sent an email saying that it is on backorder with no ETA.
I naturally canceled the order and ordered from somewhere else.
But on 3/6/03, they sent another email saying that the order
was shipped! And it turned out that when they sent "backorder"
email on 3/5, the item was already shipped!

Anyway, I called their customer service and they told me to refuse
the package from UPS. I did it, but then UPS lost the package.
Although tracking page explicitely said "Package refused", they
denied refund of my order. They said I need to wait until their
claim with UPS is resolved. And it may take a few months for UPS
to resolve the claim!. I said I'll dispute the charges with my
credit card if they don't refund till next Friday. And on Thursday
night they sent an email about my refund! However, they did not
refund $11.22 shipping costs. So completely because of their screw-up,
I lost $11.22, and got a lot of headaches, phone calls etc.

I'd say stay away from them. You can always find it cheaper through
good resellers who take care of their customers. They do not even have
a good inventory system.
