"After personally speaking with an associate with the store and being assured that the product that I ordered would be delivered as described,I received a totally different product.I also had to call and speak with the same associate after waiting 5 days to receive the tracking number for the order and was assured again that the product that I ordered was being delivered.When the order arrived I was very disappointed to did a totally different product than what was promised.I was also disappointed with the shipping and mailing fees,which I found to be higher than other online retailers. I paid additional fees for guaranteed delivery of product and received another item and for these reasons I've decided to cut my losses and not do business with the company again."
