Out of six dozen dinner, salad, dessert, and two dozen soup bowls, I only have a handful of dishes that I've found to have chips for on them at this point. I haven't inspected all, but about half. Although I was a little surprised at the color differences between the salad and dessert plates compared with the soup and dinner. They appeared to be two different ivory colors. I'm very pleased with the service and product. "

"Bought an ice machine on 01/15/15 for my volleyball facility. We host tournaments and I needed the ICE Machine for the weekend of 01/24. Ice machine arrived fast however defective and not working at all. Had to call manufacturer to send a tech to our facility to fix the issue. Needless to say that I didn't have the machine working for my tournament. A fair review of this company is that they will have a large variety of products and delivery it to you fast. However, if your product has an issue, They will NOT go out of their way to battle with the manufacturer to take care of their client. Quote from the company's sales rep: " It is the manufacturer's responsibility to make sure you have a functional machine". To this date, I can't really even tell how well the ice machine works. "
