Трудно отбить неверно снятый платеж. По всем вопросам кроме покупки более дорого плана нужно звонить. На заданный по эл.почте вопрос не отвечают. Звонят домой и начинают назойливо нести пургу как хорош их сервис.
Если вы отвыкли от наглого совкого сервиса, лучше с ними дела не иметь.

The administrator Alexander called me and asked why I am cancelling the services , what i did not like, and what can he do to change my mind. When I tried reaching them they were rude, unprofessional and offensive. They have no option to cancel subscription online. You need to call the. When you call them they being dodgy and hang up on you in order not to cancel account. No complaint department whatsoever. I didn't even have option to raise a complaint. Terrible!!!!!!!!!"
