Worst ever...

"Ordered 19th of febr 2017 a part. After several months emails and phonecalls the part arrived and it was broken and actually looked used. After several phonecalls and emails (that they dont answer) I still today 23of oct have the part and they took my money. Trying again to cancel my order and get my money back and have been on hold now over half an hour waiting for a customer service person to answer.
Unfriendly, no service and totally horrible. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Placed my order........crickets!

Do not expect to receive your Core Charge!!!

"I should have read the online reviews for Central Appliance Parts first! Maybe then I would have run away as others have suggested. Unlike many others, I did receive the correct part (It was shipped directly from Whirlpool). However, after following their very lengthy instructions for the core return (To The Tee). 6 weeks after confirmed receipt of the core return, we have yet to be refunded the Core charge. We made numerous attempts to contact Central Appliance Parts, both by phone and through the "Contact Us" page on their website, but all went unanswered. They seem very eager to take your money via their website but, go ahead, try to call them; ***-***-****... They didn't answer the phone did they? The Automated Attendant will leave you on hold indefinitely. RUN!!! RUN!!! RUN!!!"

Terrible customer support. Avoid. Shop elsewhere.

"They will take an order and take your money.
But:
- They may never ship the part.
- You can't cancel an order.
- They don't answer the phone.
- Their voicemail system doesn't take messages.
- Their "callback" system doesn't work.
- They don't respond to messages sent via their web site.
- They don't respond to email.

Took my money - still waiting for part

"I have been waiting for 6 months for a part that is supposedly back-ordered. I have called at least 6 times. After waiting on hold for about 1 hr, they keep saying that the part is coming next week. I just want my money back!"

Took my money, cancelled my order, no refund after 8 months.

"I placed an order in Feb 2017. I was charged immediately for the order. Early March I got notice they did not have the product and cancelled the order. They said they would send it to their refund department. I emailed in April that I had not received a refund and did not hear back. I forgot about it and followed up in October with emails and phone calls and still have not hear back. "

Somewhat deceptive/poor communication

"It took 3 weeks to get the part I ordered. Their website says "in-stock parts ship today", but they don't tell you whether the part you're ordering is in stock or not. They charge your credit card immediately even though they may not ship item for 3 weeks. I would have been very upset if the part I needed was essential to keeping an appliance functioning. Their live chat is never open. They didn't respond to my email. The first time I called, I gave up after being on hold for 20 minutes. The 2nd time I called, the wait time was much shorter and the rep was able to give me an update. In this type of business, this type of wait time is unacceptable. Their prices are a little better that many, but not that great, especially considering the service."

STAY AWAY!

"Just go ahead and buy form the next lowest price place on whatever search engine you prefer. These crooks are just there to rip you off and hope you forget you sent them money.

I placed an order from these crooks on 9/9. Nothing shipped and no e-mail to even give me an update as of 9/19. Then I open a PayPal claim and magically they cancel my order and refund my money. Gee - wonder how long they would have waited to tell me the were just going to keep my money and send me nothing?

This place is just a crooked bunch with no ethics - STAY AWAY

Worst Online Experience Ever!

"First of all, they charged my credit card on the day that I placed my order. I haven't received any e-mail that my order had been received. After three-and-a-half weeks, my order is still "processing," which is the same status it had after I placed my order. I have sent e-mails every day for the last two weeks as well as texts and they are never answered. Their online chat is always "Closed." I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but I just read the fine print. The company has to be within 100 miles of my house and over $50.00. Same holds true for all of my other credit card companies, so next time, I am using PayPal for my purchases. Who knows if I will ever receive my order. I wish I had seen all of the negative reviews before placing my order. Would definitely be worth a few extra books just to make sure that I received it. "

Poor Communication and no empty promises

"Ordered a part for my Oven on July 3, 2017 and have yet to receive so much as a tracking number. They say warehouse orders can take 1-2 weeks so I patiently waited and finally contacted the company on Aug 3 when I had heard nothing. I got an email response sayign the item was coming from the warehouse and would be shipped on the following Monday. Haven't seen anything by Aug 15th so sent another email - No response as of Aug 18th and have yet to get a live representative on their 800 number, just has you sit on hold forever.

I'll most likely have to pursue a chargeback with my credit card company, and in the mean time I've been without a working oven for nearly 2 months.
