"The southern California based company is a local company for me and they double charged my bank account, but they corrected the error, after I brought it to their attention. It took a handful of emails over two days and a phone call to get matters corrected...at least two hours of my time.

Also, they do not have a customer service phone line or help line listed on their website. Cellular Outfitter also processed the order the same day but it took three days to send a tracking order number via the US Postal Service...the tracking number took 5 days to show up on the US Postal Website, so they did not send it as indicated on the Cellular Outfitter email confirmation they sent to me. It normally takes 1-2 days for the post office to delivery across town. In short, it's been 8 days since I paid ordered and I have not received the merchandise as of this posting. Finally, the company website does not list the shipping cost, so it looks like it's included in the cost of the merchandise but the shipping cost they charged was triple of what it cost to ship via US Postal Service.
