"V E R Y, very poor customer service. The worst customer service that I've ever encountered. No phone number and they do not answer emails. I would NEVER buy from them again....I'd rather pay a little more with a reputable company."

"Strong negative rating for this store. They had a great deal on the Motorola HS850 bluetooth headset, so I purchased via their site. No communication after the purchase, I finally emailed almost 2 weeks later, did not receive a response but then suddenly received a shipping confirmation email. However another 2 weeks went by and still no item, and Cellular Showroom did not return 2 more emails during that period inquiring on status. Extremely poor communication.
Then, to top it off - received the headset and it is a gray market item - made in China (clearly stamped on box) and the majority of the box was covered in Chinese. Compared to the same package in the retail stores, it's not even close. The headset is not of the same quality as the U.S. product, and the charger does not charge the headset unless you wiggle it around and get it set just right so the charging light stays on.
Overall, poor gray market quality and zero merchant communication result in a strong 'Not Recommended' rating. Only saved about $10 going with them, would definitely pay just a little more and have a positive experience and a quality product.

"No communication whatsoever from retailer- They do not respond to any emails to their multiple addresses. Avoid at all costs. Their cheap prices and free shipping may seem enticing, but don't be sucked in (their charge-before-shipping method says it all). 2 weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting for my item. Currently in a PayPal dispute."

"Purchased a Sirius Streamer GT receiver via eBay. Received in 3 days via USPS Priority as promised. Setup and Activation was a snap, they communicated well, and I am very happy with the radio itself.

However, I believe that some of their sales staff posts to message boards like Sirius Backstage posing as happy customers -- I have concerns with that.

"I ordered a cell phone battery from this company on Sept. 8th, I sent them 2 emails and no response reference order status and delivery tracking numbers. Since I received no answer, I sent a 3rd email stating that I was reporting this problem to PayPal for resolution if I do not receive this information A.S.A.P shortly after that email I received an email with tracking information. I went to the website provided and the site showed a package that was scanned with know delivery information and none of my personal information, I was unable to tell if this was truly my order. It is now September 20th still no package and no answer to my complaint with Paypal. I would avoid this company at all costs, Cellular Showroom gets an F on communication and an F on delivery expedience. I will not be ordering from this company again and I would urge you not to order from them either."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a boost mobile cellular phone i95 for $230.00 last December. I e-mailed questions before buying phone and rec'd fast, courteous replies. Rec'd phone and all was well until recently the phone quit working. It was under warranty, so I sent it to Motorola, who fixed the phone at no charge. The only problem, Motorola locked the phone. Supposedly, the only one that can unlock the phone is whomeover you purchased the phone from. I have sent numerous e-mails and no response. You can't seem to find any kind of phone number for these people. As far as I'm concerned, this place is a big RIPOFF!!!!!!
UPDATE: Problem was solved to my satisfaction!!!

"This vendor not only has the best prices that I have ever seen... the shipping and customer service was top notch. I originally found this dealer while shopping for cellular on ebay. I was so impressed with their transaction handling I went to their website when we needed more.

My company has now switched out 10 usual cellular vendors out for this one, and we have never made a better decision.

Check out their wholesale relationships too, they are pretty damned good... best out there I would say.

If you need cellular, run... don't walk to these guys.
