"I placed an order and receioved a confirmation and a message that I would receive an email "in a couple of minutes" that would tell me how to pay for my order. An hour later I sent an email through the website saying that I had received no information. The next day I logged on to my account and my order had disappeared. I tried two different browsers, in case there had been some incompatibility, same non results.
Since I placed my order 24 hours ago, I have heard nothing and I have erased all of my confidential information from this website and changed all my other passwords."

"I entered the wrong imei number, contacted support to correct the number. They told me it was updated, and 3 days later sent me an email that said unlocked, with no code, they didn't update the imei, and they charged me full price anyway. A normal company would have corrected the imei, and sent a proper unlock code. Buyer beware, if you make any typo, they will charge you full price, and they will not let you correct the typo. they also have horrible customer support , live chat only, and live chat does not care about customer service, or repeat business, they will hide behind the tos, and happily keep you money. "Item purchased was listed as Instant Email with Remote Unlock Software download. Chose this method over waiting for a code because it was $3 cheaper and also instant delivery. Once the order was complete, I received an email confirmation of order and then an order Processed email but I never received the actual download information for unlock. Contacted customer service, but they were of course not online and not available by phone or email. Sounds like a scam site to me!"
