"Save your money and do not even deal with these clowns. They described and pictured top-quality items on their website, and then when I got my order, nothing matched what was described or pictured. And even though they sent items that are inferior to what is being advertised on the website, the bags to the inferior items were already cut open. It seems that they just sent whatever happened to be laying around that they wanted to get rid of. The main item of the order was not even included. And of the stuff that actually was sent, not one single item matched what I ordered. A classic bait-and-switch job. I am just glad that I only made a small order. There is no contact phone number or email address on the invoice that was enclosed with the order. The button on the top of the website that says "Contact" only takes you to a page where you can order more stuff, with no information at all on how to actually contact them if you have a problem. If you order from these guys, you WILL be sorry. I sure am. One of the worst online ordering experiences that I have ever had. You have been warned."

"I was very disappointed with the product that I ordered. It was nothing like what was described. The picture on the website wasn't accurate at all. The product number is 615-25-03-91. Please inform someone to advertise what will actually be sent. I sent a message to the "contact us" link on the cell-phone-accessories.com website. I am still awaiting a response from them to rectify the situation."

"My only gripe is that I was trying to get a question answered and it was impossible to make contact with this company. They claim: "Contact Us (Immediate Response Guaranteed During Business Hours)". I emailed them three times and finally heard from them almost a week later. The About Us page says, "you may also contact us by phone". But nowhere on their site will you find a phone number. Gee! how frustrating just to get a $20 charger. The good news-the charger works great, good price, and fast shipping. Thanks for listening. Peace,

"I order two cell phone batteries. they shipped them out very fast, however they were the wrong ones!!! I returned them and they wanted an extra $15.00 for the correct batteries. I declined as I could get them cheaper thru another site. They said I would recieve a complete refund within 72 hours. It is about 3 times that long and still no refund, and they do not anwer my emails...
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

"I ordered a cell phone charger from them 10 days ago. I received a confirmation of the order, but no shipping notice. And when I try to go to their web site now, it can't be found in DNS.

I can order another one from another merchant, but I'm afraid that my order with these guys will finally get shipped.

"One of my (if not THE) worst experiences in online shopping. Two weeks after order date, when i contacted them about status of order, I was told the item was out of stock.

The entire email was "item not in stock". I am not kidding. Not even a name, apologies or explanations why they did not inform me about this before my inquiry.

I strongly advise against purchasing form this incompetent and rude seller.

"1. We ordered T-Mobile RAZR Cell phone software on July 20th, 2007. We paid for FEDX 2-day shipping
2. On July 22, 23, and 24, 2007 we emailed them asking about our order
3. On July 25th, 2007 we contacted them via phone and left them a detailed message asking them about the order since we didn't receive it.
4. On July 26th, 2007 we faxed them a cancellation of order notice since they indicated that was one way to cancel an order.
5. On July 31th, 2007 we received a phone call from a woman confirming the cancellation.
6. August 1, 2007 we received a charge for $42.90 on our credit card.
7. August 1, 2007, we called the bank and they reversed the transaction. We contacted Cell-Phone-Accessories, and the same woman said the order was shipped by mistake and the charge was put through. She recommended we refuse the order.
8. August 2, 2007, the bank reversed the transaction.
9. August 4, 2007, Cell-Phone-Accessories put through another transaction against our credit card for $42.90. We contacted the bank and they are starting an investigation. Tried to call Cell-Phone-Accessories and no answer.
10. As of today we have been charged twice for $42.90 and have never received the software.

We have tried to resolve the situation without any response from the vendor except they shipped by mistake which is a lie and now they have our money.

These people are crooks! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

"The company sent me JUNK. I ordered some PDA accessories (car charger and PDA holder for the car), and received a car charger for some cell phone and a piece of metal that was placed into a cingular box (I have no idea what the metal piece is). It looks like someone just threw in whatever they had in their garage. I am trying to get a refund for this, but they have a 7 day return policy (the box came 2 weeks after my order, so I'm not sure whether I'll ever get a refund). I would recommend NOT buying from this company - unless you're looking for JUNK."

"I needed a data cable, ordered a serial data cable for a nokia 3390, received an open package with a usb data cable for a nokia 3310, with a packing slip saying that it was "Inspected by AWI" Their returns process takes at least 2 weeks, which is too long to wait to get this cable."

"This is a typical bait and switch company. I ordered an item, it's not in stock and do you want this cheaper obsolete item for the same price? The item, a Plantronics M175 is still available as in-stock on their website yet they tell me they don't have any. This is a scam operation, avoid at all costs.

I don't expect a refund since this is not an honest company so I'll have to do a credit card chargeback. I'm really surprised that Google Checkout is associated with this site.

"www.cell-phone-accessories.com offers lots of cell phone accessories, as its name implies. The prices can't be beat. Customer service is terrible. I ordered an HTC Cingular 8125 car charger and got an HTC 8500 car charger with an invoice that said HTC Cingular 8125. I called to rectify and they acknowledged that they made a mistake and they did not have an HTC 8125 charger. So, they offered to refund the cost of the item - but would not refund the shipping expenses! Somehow they felt it was my responsibility to swallow the cost of shipping even though they acknowledged making the mistake. However, they did offer to refund my shipping charges if I repackaged the item and paid for the return shipping. What a great deal! Summary - good price comes with risk.

"5/20/2006 Saturday night Ordered phoneUSB cable.
5/22/2006 Item shipped. Email notification received.
5/24/2006 Wednesday received part in retail packaging. Contained driver CD. PC can recognize the phone as an external modem.

Good price, though as noted, the shipping costs are somewhat high - especially considering that they use USPS priority mail. UPS or FedEx would be much better (their tracking system actually tracks packages). Curiously, the vender website listed "Shipping Method: FEDEX - Ground Service" and the tracking link to FedEx didn't work. However, in the Special Instructions section was listed, "SHIPPED OUT VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL-05/22/06". Noted: the tracking problems (or lack thereof) is more of an issue with the shipping vender.

"I purchased two items and received free shipping. They didn't work out and I returned them with a complete RMA within the time limit.

Three weeks later no response or credit. Sent email, waited four days, no response. Sent another message giving them another two days to response before initiating a dispute with my charge card.

Finally responsed three days later, but didn't credit the full amount. I asked them about this, waited another week with no reponse, and then sent another email asking for the full credit or I'll initiate a dispute.

They responded later that day claiming they were backlogged by 48 hours even though it took them a week to respond and only after I threatened a chargeback each time. Claimed they were [retroactively] charging for shipping.

Sent them another message asking for full credit as their RMA policy didn't state anything about retroactive shipping charges. They ignored me for three days. I had to again threaten a chargeback and they then responded five days later with the full credit.

Total time between sending RMA and receiving full credit: 6 weeks
Total email messages I had to send: 6
Total chargeback threats required: 3

Their customer service is awful and disingenuous.

Avoid if you care about patronizing reputable vendors.

"Cell-phone-accessories.com has very good prices, even with high shipping costs. I selected 1-3 day shipping, and it took 4-5 business days, depending on how you count it (I ordered before noon on a Monday, and did not receive it until the following Monday). Nevertheless, I recommend them highly."
