I have also emailed them two times. They say it takes at most 14 days to unlock an iPhone 5 (Fido) on their website. It has been over a month, the phone is till locked and they haven't refunded the money. I am going to file a complaint with PayPal. "

Ordered an unlock code Feb. 2013 and the code was going to be emailed to me 3 days later.
I had to send a message to Cellunlock to tell them that I did not receive my code yet two weeks later. A day later they sent the code out but it didn't work.
I have called during business hours 10 times (left a few messages) and have never been able to speak with a representative or had a call back or email response.

I have used these guys to unlock countless devices over the last few years from Blackberries (all models, Spain, UK and USA) and just recently a brand new iPhone 4S - and they ALWAYS come through.
