"I was really impressed with their service initially. The code showed up quickly, the coupon for 50% off I got from a video showing me how to unlock the phone from crackberry.com made the price perfect, and the directions were easy to follow. The problem: the phone didn't fully unlock. When I first booted it, it was locked to AT&T (and my SIM is T-Mobile). I sent them an email through the "Live Help offline, click here to email" link, and was told they strive to answer all their emails in an hour. I thought "oh, while I wait, I'll see if I can fix it." I put in my old Verizon SIM to see whether it would still work, and the phone was locked to T-Mobile. I pulled the battery again, put in the T-Mobile SIM, and it was still locked to T-Mobile. The part where I'm disappointed is that I originally emailed Friday evening, and it's now Monday night and they still haven't replied. I get that it's Memorial Day week-end, but come on! I do eventually need a better solution - I can't be doing 6 battery pulls to pull up Vodaphone when I'm traveling in Europe."

"The unlock code worked great and I found the corresponding video on YouTube. I had to do a little digging to figure out how to get to "Advanced Options." My blackberry bold 9650 didn't have the list of options like the one in the video, they were all subcategorized already.
