"i sent them my motorola droid, they received it at 1130am, and it was fixed by 4pm. they shipped it back to me the same day they received/fixed it. total $139 for a shattered screen replacement. received in flawlessly perfect condition!!"

"This Cell Phone Repair Center (a.k.a. Wireless Anywhere Inc.) has extremely poor customer service and is rated “unsatisfactory” by the Better Business Bureau. According to their web site “the TECH will call the customer in 1 to 2 days after the shipment has been received to discuss estimate and possible solution for repair.” No TECH ever called me about the repair and when I called them, the TECH was never there so I did not get to discuss the repair with the person doing the work. Most of the time when I called them, I got a recording which referred me to their web site. There is no information on their web site regarding the status of a phone repair. They did NOT return my calls when I left a message on their phone system and they did NOT respond to e-mails when I sent a status request that way either. On several occasions when someone answered the phone, they just put me on hold and never returned with the information requested. I was told on four occasions that my phone would either be returned the next day or had already been shipped none of which turned-out to be true. They claimed that my cell phone’s return had been delayed because they had a problem with my credit card number however they never contacted me about this so called issue even though they had my telephone number & my e-mail address. Nothing they ever told me about the status of my phone repair proved to be accurate which includes the repair cost which they increased after the initial estimate. I do not recommend that you send your cell phone to this center for repair or purchase a cell phone from them. "
