She was so helpful to me, especially since I have only one computer at home that i have to share with my son during the Covid 19 pandemic. "I paid $25 registration, $30 for a membership, $85 for books June 27 2019, I was still getting calls to sign up so I figured it was fraudulent so I counseled via email they say the never received, I sent another request for a refund August 14 2019, after realized they drafted an additional $160 out my account they apologize via generated email August 22 2019, and this morning I had to leave our Church Service my husband preaches in, early to cancel my card I have had for years, and fill out a grievance with my bank against this unlawful company , they are really breaking the law I want somebody arrested "

"Hello, i was inroll in CDAclass.org by mistake. I have been taking CDA classes already and have certificate. I was needed the exam for CDA licenses with CDA counsil, which i did got from counsil finally. But before i wasn't sure, and call up cdaclass.org. However on the same day i call them ( cdaclass.org) and also text them twice, telling them that i don't need cda classes o had them already. I have proof for all my emails to cdaclass.org. They did not call me back, but they send me letter like they not understand if i want or i don't want to take class. I have proof of my clearly saying not that i don't need any classes. Had 5 emails done with them telling them that i don't need to take classes. In the first letter i was ask for refund, than i was asking just stop using me and my information for their tricks. Now i received note from collection department. Collection department ask me for emails proof. If its not resolve i have to go to the small claim court. Please any one help me to resolve this problem."
"Horrible experience with this company, no contact w instructors and when I contacted admin about refund pretty much told me too bad, we have your money and no refund will be issued even though I was never able to actually access the material. Worst waste of money ever. "
"A CDA does not cost what they are charging. They take for ever to reply and will not give you your money back. A CDA only takes 2 months not 12 and it only cost $200 dollars! I wish i knew this before I signed up! And they refuse to give my money back. They tell you if you pay in full there's a fee but turns out its the only way the give any type of refund. Go to a local college for 2 months! itll be cheaper and faster than this method! I signed up on October 7th 2018 and it took them a month and a half to get me my books and took forever answering my emails about my materials. Everytime I send in an assignment its sent back for various reasons, this last assignment the person wants all the word documents in one but every other assignment has been separate with you name and thename of the assignment. I have a feeling they are doing this because I am almost at the completion date and when you hit that date and your not finished they charge you more money! This has been a terrible experience and I feel like a fool paying over $800 dollars for a certificate my coworkers are paying $200 dollars for! Just do your homework before signing up because you cant get out of it once you sign up! "
