"I was hopelessly lost in what I tried to do. Not only did I apparently not succeed in installing the product i bought, but I also "lost" some working files in the process. Ray Bryan not only re installed my software but he also took time to find my files. He worked at warp speed and was very polite, which i know, in my own area of expertise, is not an easy thing to do when working with someone who knew as little as I did.
