"I designed and put my own picture on the fire 8 tablet cover. When I received the finished product all of the pictures were upside down! I was very careful to put the pictures on right side up and the preview showed that. Also, the final product showed them to be right side up when I placed the order. The colors and print were great, just upside-down !"

"Order placed 9/25. Tracking label created and after several email exchanges with caseable still nothing. Over 3 weeks and only the label has been created. Was told issue with UPS but it never made it to them. That’s the most frustrating part. It’s a free case. I get that. If they would have been upfront that it would take a month, I’d be fine. Some honesty would go a long way. Instead, they blamed and continued dragging me along. Asked me to contact them when I received the product. Really? Shouldn’t they have an idea as to when I should expect receipt? Not have their customer tell them? Told me to wait another week but the shipping status never changed. Will not buy again from QVC and get sucked in by a free coupon. Easy to say free case when the vendor they used doesn’t actually provide one!"
