The store has competitive prices and there order processing & shipping is very quick. I would recommend them to other people.
They processed and shipped the order the very next day. I picked to have the FedEx 2 day Air shipping. Which I was hoping would have gotten to me with 2-3 business days. But the order took about as long to arrive as standard ground. If that happens often Case-Mod should stop using FedEx as they will make them look very bad. "

One of my CCL's did arrive broken, I have written their customer support for an RMA. (I don't know if they have 24x7 Tech support)
Hopefully all goes well with that...
RMA through case-mod suck....I have to PAY shipping to return a broken item..because they overstuffed a small FED EX box..Why not just give me store credit!!
The worst part..the item only cost $4.95....that is about how much the shipping will be to return it!!!!!
