Case & Screen Protector (Protection Pack) Did NOT proctect anything

"Bought a new phone with a CASE-MATE - Protection Pack. In less than 30 days, this product failed. Now I have a new phone with a cracked screen, and no means of retribution. Retailer will not exchange or refund purchase. Case-Mate has no phone contact, only email and text. Quickly sent a invoice for a new screen protector package (why, the 1st one clearly does not work). Box clearly states "12 Foot Phone Protection" not true. Do NOT buy any product from CASE-MATE"

Case leaked and ruined phone

"Case leaked after 6 months and destroyed my phone, which Apple won’t fix because it’s a case problem and casemate won’t fix because they claim it’s not their fault. Now I’m stuck with a phone I can barely use because the screen is so messed up from product error. I wouldn’t recommend buying unless you want to replace your phone every few months. Horrible, shady company who won’t answer calls or even refund the case they claim has a lifetime warranty."

ugh it was really overpriced for the product quality....

"i think this company has all the hype on instagram and all their products look amazing in the photos, but like in real life it looks reallly bad cuz the silicone cases just look really cheap like something you could get for less than 10 bucks on amazon yet again casemate charges almost 3x the price... the quality isnt great and the pattern chips off easily. im not even dropping my phone but like just from grabbing the phone, the pattern is already chipping off.
so this is a big problem cuz they are not living up to the expectation, but does all the hype on instagram.

Beware and Forewarned of Dishonest Business Practice!!!!!

"I ordered a LG V10 leather case and is it defective. We sent photos of the case as requested since case is still under warranty. I was told they no longer carry the case. No other options was offered. Case closed!! Tried again to get some results and was told by Michele Bryant (Customer Representative), her manager was at the Warehouse, away from the office and he was to check to see if there was a replacement. She would call and email me. No response from Michele Bryant. Tried again to speak to a Supervisor but to no available as the Customer Representative, Star Freeman, again checked with Michele Bryant to see where things stood. The response from Star Freeman, this time was: "...I just spoke to Michelle. Since LG V10 was discontinued, we have not had that item as something that we carry in stock. We contacted our shipping manager and we were able to locate a limited supply of the item. Michelle is personally going to express ship you the replacement case tomorrow (December 13, 2016). She will send you an email with the tracking information. Today is December 20, 2016. Needless to say no email, no phone call, no return of funds. I am completely unsatisfied with this company and feel they are not HONEST in their business practices. You may decide to take the risk but I feel no need to support dishonest business practices. There are many other people who are truly honest and I would like to support them. "

Worst Customer Service Ever

"Not only did my product take over a month to arrive, every time I reached out to them via email, my emails were completely ignored. Finally once I received my shipment, it was missing the "free gift" inside (a glass screen protector for an iPhone 6). When I asked them if they could send it to me as promised, they told me "no because you didn't order a case for an iPhone 6, said customer service rep Rita Moore). I ordered the case as a gift; that's a terrible bait and switch, and bad business in not fulfilling their promise as a company to send me what was promised. I will NEVER order from CaseMate again and I've made sure to let anybody I know attempting to make purchases through this company to not waste their time or money. "

"Ordered a case for my phone but shipped to wrong zip code (my fault). Tried to contact case-mate as soon as order was placed via phone and email to no avail. I followed up with several other emails/calls and finally a week later, after item ships, they return my messages and say there's nothing they can do.

Item was returned by shipper to case-mate as nondeliverable over 3 weeks ago - case-mate has continued to ignore my calls/emails, has not refunded me or re-shipped the case.

"Ordered a case for a Sony z3, got it for 40% off discount during the thanksgiving holiday. They send you promotional emails so be on their mailing list. I ordered 11/26/2014 and my case came 12/1/2014. No tax (CA resident) and free shipping. No issues for me. "

"Pre-ordered case from Case-Mate. They said ship estimate was 9/15/14 at 8:00 A.M. Seemed really specific so paid extra for expedited shipping. Did not ship until 9/17. Requested refund of shipping. Would not do so. Really uncool."
