"I make most of my purchases online, and will not purchase from Caseetc again.
My order was placed 2 weeks ago and just shipped today with a very poorly worded email sent explaining that a portion of the order had been out of stock. When the order was placed (containing only one item) their site clearly showed 65 of the items in stock. Their online ID system will not allow logining with the userid and password that was sent via email. Repeated voicemail messages took 2 days to be answered.
Offering the US Postal Service as the only way to ship is extremely poor given there is no true tracking method."

"Overall I am very happy with the items I have received, I also really like the easy to use layout of the website. One of the best I have seen. My only contention at this point is with an item that is backordered. A lexan sheet 16x16. When I made my order for various items, it was in stock, by the time I received my order, only 4 days later, very fast by the way, the window wss out of stock. I went to the web site and indeed it was listed as out of stock. It happens, no problem. Several days later the web site showed they 26 of them. I waited three days and did not hear from them that they were shipping one to me so I emailed them. The next day I received a reply that one was shipped out to me. Then i get another email that they made a mistake they don't have any and they will ship it when they come in, whenever that is. Yet, today I look at the website and now it says they have 25 of them. hmmm. If they are not in stock then the website should say so. I am sure this just an oversight. There have been so many good reviews of this site that I am sure my problem will get fixed soon. Cheers"
"I ordered a bunch of small items like fans, cables, etc on a Friday. The website said the operator was out of town on Spring Break so I expected delivery to take a week at least. Everything arrived the following Wednesday and the order was perfect. These guys are on the ball."
