Poor customer service

"I ordered a phone case. It arrived within 10 days. It was the wrong case. I would have just lived with it if it had actually fit my phone. I have contacted them every day for the last 5 days with only the generic email response. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Save yourself a headache and order somewhere else. Or better yet make sure you're getting what you want and go to an actual store. "

worst Service ever

"My situation is the same as many here. Ordered both a phone case and a mouse pad to get the free 20$ shipping. It tools a few days to process and that was fine. Made a shipping label October 15th, and said it was on its way in an email. It has stayed in preshipping status ever since then. It is November 6th now. I’ve sent over 5 emails trying to find out what happened. No response at all, other than an automated “we received your message” email. Don’t think I will ever hear from them again. I plan on charging back on my card."

These people should not be in business. I'm reporting them to the authorities to be investigated.

"I ordered a case through Case Gorilla for an iPhone I had just purchased. I didn't know how long it'll take to get the case, but I had requested to have it shipped to me as fast as possible and it didn't take more than a couple of days to get a notification that it has been shipped via USPS.

A couple of days later, USPS website indicated that the item has been delivered but I still hadn't received the item. It has been over a week now and I still don't have the item.

It probably isn't Case Gorilla's fault that USPS didn't deliver the package to me. However, when I reached out to Case Gorilla website and indicated to them the fact that I haven't received the package, they never responded. I sent them another inquiry stating extremely clearly that I did not receive a package and that whoever that attempted to deliver the package for USPS didn't do what s/he was supposed to do and leave the package in a locker that we have, I still never received a response.

I'm not blaming Case Gorilla for not shipping the product, but if they have any decency, they should at least respond to my two attempts to reach out to them and investigated the issue with USPS.

Case Gorilla apparently has no one doing customer support. Unless you think the world is perfect and everyone around you is good, decent people, you should never do business with Case Gorilla. Case Gorilla apparently has no idea what their responsibilities are as a vendor and they have absolutely no idea how to provide support for their customers. These folks shouldn't be in business IMHO.

Faster than expected

"After reading the other reviews I was super nervous if I was going to even get my case. I had shipping notification 2 days after order and the cases arrived 2 days after that. Couldn't be more pleased with the delivery speed, it was even faster than my new phone getting to me. The only negative about the case is the button notches are almost flush. I will add that I definitely do not have the softest hands but I can't feel those barely raised buttons. Other than that, the cases are great. Fit perfect and designs are crisp. "

Poor communication but great case

"I read the reviews after i ordered from them and worried. Like some of the other reviews i did not get a confirmation email or a response back to my email I sent them expressing my concerns. Sure enough though one week later I received my order and the case fits perfect and looks amazing. It was a great price and I'm very happy with it but a little confused with why they aren't communicating better"

Never received item BUT.....

"I ordered the GREEN ARROW iphone case on 8/31 & got notification of shipping label printed 9/4, but it never shipped. About 10 days later I message them & received a reply from "Josh". Item was not in stock but would be in a couple days. Then I found these reviews & messaged him again to please just cancel the order and issue a refund. In two days I did indeed receive my refund. I will have to shop elsewhere for my Green Arrow phone case & probably pay more, but I am glad I got a refund with no problem. Also, if you look at their facebook page, they delete all the negative reviews. A post will show "8 comments" but there are only 4 are there, which are positive.

***UPDATE***
So, this is weird.
8/31/18 I placed order
9/4/18 USPS label printed
9/10/18 Contacted Case Gorilla as it had not actually shipped, just label printed. Josh said it was out of stock & would ship in a couple days.
9/10/18 I found this page with the reviews & freaked
9/12/18 I cancel my order
9/14/18 I receive my full refund!!!! Order status on the website shows cancelled.
9/20/18 I received the phone case! What the heck!?!?!
I have not been rebilled for it and I received the phone case a week after I cancelled it.

Well, the phone case itself is great. It fits my Iphone 8 Plus perfectly and the quality is great. It is hard firm plastic (I am used to flimsy silicone). It's great.

They don't sell GORILLA GLASS & cases are cheap

"I purchased a waterproof cell phone case from GORILLACASESTORE.COM (Gorilla Cases, LLC) thinking it was made from Corning's Gorilla Glass. The website had photos and statements that made me believe it was. when I received my cellular case, it was made by a company called Redpepper. It was a flimsy plastic cell phone case that could literally be cut with a child's safety scissors. The owner refused to refund my money because of a no refund policy after opening products. So I explained that his agreement was null and void when transacted by means of fraud or deception but he still refused to refund my money. It is my opinion that he violated the Ohio Administrative Code 109:4-3-03(B)(1) "Bait Advertising". HE DOES NOT SELL CORNING GORILLA GLASS PRODUCTS and what he sold me was not worth the $34 I paid for it. "

EXACTLY what I wanted for a cell case

"Got a little worried reading these reviews. Wondering if I had been scammed never to see my $ or Bruins cell case...but that was not true. Received the case I ordered, it is definitely durable. Glad I didn't let the reviews get the best of me. This was the design I wanted and not other seller had it for the Galaxy s7. So for the rest of you wondering if you have been scammed...hang tight."

"Read the reviews people, it's no lie. Defective poor, quality cases. Promises made for new case never followed through, no responses from customer service for days upon days (I think Josh is the only person that "works" there, and that's a laugh) very rude!!! 20 emails and WAY too much to time spent on these scammers. Oh, by the way Josh, if you are truly retired from the Attorney Generals Office, please let them check into your company records as well. Thanks for nothing!"

Paid Priority Shipping (2-3 days) took over 2 WEEKS!!

"I bought a case for a gift and selected the Priority Shipping (2-3 days) for an extra charge expecting it to arrive by the end of the week. I received no delayed shipping notifications. Since they did not send any shipping notifications I had to manually check each day to see its progress. It took over 2 WEEKS!! After I knew it was well over the 2-3 day shipping that they offer for an extra fee, I went on their website and submitted a detailed customer service comment requesting that they compensate for the long delay and at the very least refund my extra shipping fee for the "Priority (2-3 day) Shipping". When I pressed submit, the next page said something to the likes of "thank you for the comment, you will receive a response within 24-48 hours". It has been 5 days since then with no response or refund. Unless you don't care to receive timely shipping or even any ounce of customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! "

Gorilla Case...CLOSED!!!!!!!

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! It has been a month, since I placed my order. Repeatedly, my questions about my order, HAVE NEVER BEEN ANSWERED!!! Not one word. No phone case. And, they got my $$$$$$$$$!!!! I am so angry.
