"Instantly charged my card. After 3 weeks waiting for a shipping confirmation and NEVER received it. After sending 10 emails asking for status when I received an "your item has shipped" email. I responded with cancel order, which took them an additional week to do so. Then another week till I received a refund. I don't know about the UK, but in America this BS is an extremely old business model to hold on to your money as long as they can, I believe the law denotes 30 days for them to complete transaction. $35 bucks for 2 thongs is NOT cheap.... but holding your money for a month before they do anything is sad and pathetic. There is a reason why these bs sites dont last long. They deserve a negative review to shine attention to these thieves."
