"I called the parts department and got an answer "hello?" I had to ask if this was Toyota. Next I asked to verify my order and if the parts were ready for pickup. Do note on the webpage they did not show out of stock. I also was placed on hold with no indication as such other than I could hear he placed the phone down and was talking to someone in the background. Then I was told it would be 24 days before it might be available for pickup. The funny thing is I never gave the order number, part # or what not. I am still unsure how they knew what I ordered. As of this writing I am still unsure about my Toyota part order but will be waiting to May 10th and call again."

"Ordered a part online. They could tell me when I can pick it up so called the parts department they were rude and couldn't tell me when I would get the part. If they don't really wan to sell parts they shouldn't."
