"Tried contacting them from their "contact us" page, got an "ERROR". Says you can contact them via "live chat" but no way to access live chat. Tried calling, every option gives dead air and call drops. Their customer service is the same as their "quality" GARBAGE!!"
"I made 2 separate orders in December and returned both items the 1st week of January 2021. Their policy stated a 14 days refund from receipt at their warehouse. After 37 days and 4 emails chasing the refund to customer service. They finally promised the refund last week but still no monies were received. I emailed again this week and received the same generic email with the same excuse from their original response back in January. Clearly, Lucy who sent the email didn't even bothered to look at the tread before responding. I don't know if Carhartt are in financial difficulties and are holding on to their cash. This has wasted a lot of my time and over £300 out of pocket for their incompetence. I recommend others to think twice before ordering. You may never see your money again."

"I wore Jeans for years until they changed the size of the zipper by one inch. Now their jeans are useless as a functional piece of clothing for anyone who actually has to work in them. It appears some accountant sol them on the savings they would realize by using a shorter zipper without considering the actual use of the zipper as an access opening.
They have lost my business as well as that of the 35 member maintenance crew we provide a annual clothing allowance to."

"I drive 65 miles to my Carhartt store in Woodbridge, Va. It's worth the trip! Terra and Jackie especially are the warmest and the most professional retail people in the area. They treat me like family! They keep the store neat and clean and most of all we have fun. When I leave the store I have a smile from ear-to-ear. When I get home I can't wait to wash and wear my Carhartt clothes. So much for online shopping! Thank you ladies what a pleasure it is to visit your store."
