"Like Carhartt’s products, their website is a quality experience. I find the arrangement and product images to be intuitive and user friendly. From browsing to the checkout process, navigation is responsive and engaging. If I could offer one suggestion, please eliminate the little yellow icon/tab for live chat with customer service. When shopping on my mobile device, which is 99% of the time, when the icon pops up on the right asking if you want to chat with a representative, it tends to be in the way when scrolling. Although there’s an “x” in the upper corner to close the icon, more often than not it doesn’t close but instead opens the live chat. That can get a little annoying. If I need live chat assistance it would be a lot more convenient to just navigate to it as if you where clicking on, “Mens clothing” for example. Other than that I quite enjoy shopping/browsing Carhartt’s website."
