"Horrible service from rude people!!!!! I had ordered some items from of their website based on the description, size and photo. Received something totally different. When I called customer service, I was every so rudely told that even though the products change and they did not update their website that I could pay the return shipping to send the products back. The customer service rep and supervisor continued to argue that they are not responsible for the product descriptions on the site and even though they were selling a product they did not have, they were not responsible for the return postage on the incorrect product they shipped me.

Never use these people. False advertizing and rude staff."

Quite the opposite with Care-A-Lot Pet Supply. Prices are great, shipping is fair and communication of order confirmation and tracking information is prompt.
