I traded in my Walmart gift card, thankfully it wasn’t as much as some other users, mines was only $48. I couldn’t imagine losing out on $200-$300. I was suppose receive an E-mail about my check being shipped out to me. It’s been 7 days & I haven’t received anything, I’m not sure what’s going on with the company, but it seems like they are on the verge on receiving a class action lawsuit. (I honestly won’t be surprised if that ends up happening). As of right now, I’m really disappointed. If I hear back from them, I’ll be sure to update you guys. "

"They have sold me unusable gift cards and e gift. On the e gift they said I was going to get a refund to my charge card $100.00 and it never happened. On the gift cards $75.00 worth, no response except the standard they would respond in a few days. Well three weeks have passed and no response to email or phone calls. They were good once as I used them for years with prompt response on any issues. I will never try to do business with them again and I would suggest you read all the complaints and see for yourself. Buyer or seller beware."

Turns out they don’t respond to your message and the turn around time is not 1-3 days turns out it’s never. I never got a response after two messages and two weeks I finally just cancelled it."

"To anyone who sold gift cards to Cardpool and their payment is ‘in review’: My order was “in review” for 3 weeks. I went ahead and sold my $250 Ticketmaster gift card number with pin # to CardCash.com and got paid in 1 business day with no fee via PayPal. I called to check their customer service and got through to a friendly rep. CardCash is the real deal. CardPool smells scammy. CardCash paid $10 less but it was way worth it having that money securely and swiftly in my bank account. So if your transaction is ‘IN REVIEW’ - go ahead and submit your Card and Pin #s elsewhere - and delete your Cardpool payment info and cancel your order ! "
"Sold 3 cards totally $127 on December 25th, 2018. They required mail in for these particular cards. It is February 20th, 2019 (almost a full two months later). I have no money/reimbursement, nor have I been sent back my cards. They’re basically asking for lawsuits. "
