"I initially tried to pay with a credit card and I kept on having problems saying the transaction is declined. I called my band and found out there is not attempted transaction that is coming through. Then I tried PayPal using the exact same credit card and it worked just fine. "

I finally contact help and tell them this so they did something to where I could finally login. I go to receive my now 18 day old order for an electronic gift card and then apply it to the merchant’s app and it says the virtual gift card is invalid. Upsetting! So now I have to reach out to support again!?!"
