Never got my parts. All I get is excuse after excuse and they won't issue a refund.

"Bought some parts from them through eBay. I never got my parts. They blame the shipping company, which is always showing "rescheduled delivery". I requested that they ship out another part for me since the shipping company they used either lost the package or never got the package. Then when I go back to this company to get a refund, they are always claiming that they have filed a lost package claim with the shipper and I will get a refund in 1 to 2 days. Three weeks later and several excuses and claims that I will be refunded in 1 to 2 days I still have not been refunded and I do not have the parts that I ordered.
In legal terms, anyone who purchases something from a person or company it creates a bilateral contract. The problem here is that when I made a purchase from them, they "contracted" with me to deliver the parts. Since I did not get my parts, they breached that contract. As a result, they are required by law to either make good on the deal by sending out another part or refund me the purchase amount. They have done nothing except make excuses. They claim to have filed a "claim" with the shipper who will refund me. The problem there is that my "contract" is not with the shipper. CarPartsWholesale.com has a contract with the shipper to deliver sold parts. The shipper is not required to refund me. The shipper is only required to refund the seller.
Anyone thinking of buying parts from this company, don't do it. If you do, you do so at your own risk and loss of money.

"I bought some parts from them. They sent me the wrong parts. I contacted customer service for a return. They will not allow me to return the item and said they will partially refund me which never happened. I called and emailed them so many times after and no respond."

Don't depend on their guaranteed delivery date.

"I ordered a car part from car parts wholesale.com which guaranteed a delivery date. I did not receive the part by that date. I am satisfied with the item that I received, but not with this companies false advertising."

Struts and Shocks

"Bought struts and shocks for my 07 HHR the front struts were two inches to long the rear shocks had no charge in and now they are screwing me on a return DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY SELL CRAP PARTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

No Warranty as Claimed

"This company sells cheap parts and then refuses to process warranty claims even after following through with their demanding process. First, they require you to get a statement from your mechanic with full details and technical specs. Once you pay your mechanic for this report and send it in, nothing happens. You will get a few more responses asking for the same thing, then wait 2-4 days for their "processing" time only to be asked for the same report again and again. Then you will be transferred to a few more people who ask for the same thing over and over until you are forced to acknowledge that the warranty is a hoax and now you are not only out the part, but also whatever your mechanic charges for a full diagnostic write up explaining how and why they know the part failed and the weeks on weeks you tried to get your warranty processed."

How Stupid Can They Be?? Honestly Kinda Funny.

"So I needed a replacement fog light cover for the passenger side of my Subaru. Simple enough, right? Not exactly. I found the part and ordered it. It came quickly enough but when I opened the box it was the drivers side and not the passenger's. Honest mistake. I got online and requested the correct part. They said they were very sorry for the confusion and said they would send the correct side. About a week later I get the second package..... only to discover it is again the wrong side. I was beginning to think maybe I had it mixed up so Igot back online to make sure I had ordered the correct part. Nope, I needed the passenger side cover ( you know, the side where the passenger sits?) and they had again sent me the drivers side. I took pictures of both covers as well as of my car showing the side that needed the cover replaced. I again wrote to customer service and said I got the wrong side and asked if maybe it was backwards in their system. They were very polite and asked me if I'd like a refund or if I was willing to wait while they send the drivers side. I figured they couldn't possibly get it wrong a third time ( wait for it) and said I'd like to wait. Well yesterday I got the third cover.... yup you guessed it it's STILL THE WRONG SIDE. hahahah It's kinda more funny than it is upsetting. "

"I own a car dealership in ohio and i purchased two sets of headlights for a g35 coupe. when i received the box it only had 1 set of headlights in it. the seller wouldnt return any of my calls and
i tried to get ebay to step in and they wouldnt do anything either. Be aware if you order more than one item you will get no response from the seller and good luck getting your money back. So i paid $599.90 for a set of

"One of the worst companies I have ever bought from. The fuel pump that purchased from them failed after only 6 days of a very hard and long installation and when I contacted them, the only response I got was " sorry, send us the part back and we will issue a refund". I told them this was a very difficult and long job to do and would rather junk the car than do the job again because it was done on the ground without a hoist, they kept saying" sorry there is nothing ales we can do" What if a company sold a faulty transmission and told a customer " sorry take out and will give you another one or refund your money. This company doesn't care, the best thing to do is not to buy anything from them, because chances are the part will be faulty. The biggest mistake I made was not to look them up, just look up this company before you buy any parts from them, I guarantee you you'll find a ton of negative feed back, I did."

"The part advertised that I ordered was not the part I recieved. The return process was terrible and as of today I still have not been credited. Moreover, the rep that took my first call said that chances were good that if I asked for the right part to be sent I would receive the wrong part again. This is not good for business and I'm very disappointed. "

"I was sent a strut that was damaged and also the incorrect side. Ordered a drivers side and passenger side strut, and they sent me 2 drivers sides. I already had the car apart, so had to get a friend to drive me to NAPA to spend another $120 to get correct one. Now sending it back is a fiasco. Had to get a RA number, they conveniently forgot to send me a prepaid shipping label for Fed Ex and now im out the shipping on this part as well. They have done nothing but inconvenience me. NEVER AGAIN! They obviously don't have a quality assurance dept to make sure they are sending correct parts. DONT BUY HERE unless you want a big headache. Not worth the small amt of money saved..should have gone to NAPA"
