"Please be aware before ordering!!! It takes them 10-14 (business days as the man I spoke with told me "they don't work weekends)! TWO WEEKS FOR A REFUND. They only "process" refunds once a week on wednesdays so if your item gets to them Wednesday after processing or any day after Wednesday it won't be processed until the following week! ALSO, don't expect a full refund. I received the wrong part for my car and I was told I selected the wrong part (didn't know obviously) so they wouldn't refund original shipping to me so in the end I ended up paying $10 shipping to me then another $12 back to them for the WRONG PART!! "After looking for a part all over the internet and even from the dealer, I found Car Parts Discount (CPD). They had the OEM Bosch part for my 2005 Audi S4 Cabriolet for almost 1/3 the cost of the dealer and even name brand parts stores. My only hangup was with PayPal who authorized an Echeck, which would take a week longer to process, instead of giving me the option to use my credit card. Once I contacted CPD, they took the payment over the phone and shipped the part right away. They then kept an eye out for the Echeck and refunded me that amount once it cleared because PayPal would not cancel. Long story short, I finally got the part that had kept my car nonoperational for over a month but I got it, with next day air charges, cheaper than any other company was willing to sell it to me for. They have excellent customer service and will be my choice for any future parts orders that arise. "Orderd white sidemarker as shown on the ad. But when i got it sendt to Norway they sendt me orange side marker. They did not want to solve the problem with me. Next day they changed the photo from white side marker to orange side marker.
