"Navigating the site and placing the order was very easy. I had no problems with that part. The problem arose when I never received confirmation as promised at the end of the order process. I called two days later (Saturday) only to have to leave a message :(. Upon speaking with the representative to obtain the shipping information I was informed they were working from home and did not have the information I was inquiring about as it was at the office :( :(. If they are unable to help with basic information then maybe the lines should just be closed on the weekends. I was told the order was placed and shipped and that I would get it Monday. However, I called on Monday to get the shipping information to track the order myself and after being placed on hold for about 10mins I was told he would have to call me back because he had to go downstairs to get the information. After an hour wait he called callback only to be informed the order was cancelled because the part was not in stock o_O!!! How is that possible when I placed the order your site said it was in stock. Needless to say I ended up paying double the price locally because I had wasted so much time waiting on a part for my car that never even existed in the warehouse. Very doubtful that I will EVER use this company again or recommend them to friends or family. Very sloppy inventory system needs to be overhauled ASAP!!!"
