Ordered merchandise on My 26th, credit card was billed that day. Received confirmation email stating that delivery would be made within 8 to 15 business days. Tried checking status on order tracker but it keeps saying no such shipment. I have emailed a total of 5 times in the past week with no response.
Found a phone number with the Better Business Bureau (which gives this site an F with numerous complaints about deliveries). Phone goes to an answer service and calls are not returned.

I placed an order on may 24, 2010 for a lcd with a built in dvd player because I though I was getting a good deal.It is june 20, and I have not received a tracking number or a status on my order. My credit card was charge the same day I placed the order, I also received a email with a order number to track it through UPS which by the way it is not a valid number. I have email CDS several times to get an update on my order but I have not received a responce from them. be careful DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE I DONT THINK THIS IS A REAL SITE. I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse my purchase. I will also contact the BBB, and the police department to file a report.

"i made a purchase may 22 2010. it is now june 13 2010 and still nothing. they say order # is what you use to track but they are lying. i contact them in email and they respond they responded on once on the 2nd of june saying that my order would be shipping out soon.. that is not soon! now i have emailed them 3 times on separate days and no reply... i am calling my credit card company to reverse charges. please dont buy from them ever (should have clicked to something bad from a company that does not even have a phone number)."
"Update June 16th:
UPS just dropped of my order. Never did get around to the charge back. So they did come through even though it took over 20 days. Never had anything take so long.
Ordered May 24th got e-mail that day. Today is June 9th and still nothing. 16 days and no tracking number or anything. In 4 more days I will be reversing the charges. I ordered from 6 sites the same day and have gotten everything minus what I ordered here long ago.
Avoid using this company."

"I made an order on April 9. since my billing and shipping address was different i had to go through all kinds of hell to make it go through, after all of that, Im STILL waiting. I use the tracking number that was givin and cant track it. They charged my credit card the day i made the order, were most companys charge when they ship. Today is April 28 and im still in the air on when im getting it and out $499.99 for a speaker i could have got somewhere else. Lesson learned and will never use these guys again. Its a joke and the customer service is even worse... meanwhile may 6, havent heard a word from them and still havent got my stuff."
"placed order on 3-19-10 confirmed on 3-19-10. It is now 3-30 and still cant provide tacking information. you track with your order number through ups but no order found. They say they are processing but already have the money. Very,Very slow! would not recommend but will update when received.
Update order received on april 7th. Amp had problem on april 18th amp would not turn on called
got an rga # sent it back they tell me it will be replaced- its may 16th still no amp in sight.
Update--June 3rd still no amp!

"I ordered a deck and other minor parts for my son's Christmas present on Dec. 19, 2009. Got a confimation immediately. On Dec. 28 I emailed them stating that I had be unable to track the order with their tracking number. They emailed me quickly stating that they received my order and that the supplier had "dropped the ball on a few orders". They stated they "resolved the matter and we will be getting your purchase shipped out ASAP." Twenty four hours later I emailed them again asking for a tracking number b/c I still couldn't track the order. Twenty four more hours later they emailed me back stating "we will have the tracking info. to supply you shortly." This was their last communication with me. I tracked a phone number down, called, had to leave a msg. I told them I wanted to cancel the order b/c I could go to Best Buy and find the same deck for $10.00 more. I asked them to call me ( had also asked them this in one of the emails), they never called. They never gave me a status update about the package being shipped, they never returned a phone call, they didn't cancel the order. I finally received the package on January 7, 2010. They don't take American Express and I know why. AmX would reverse the charge and cancel the order for me, but Visa won't. I won't do business with Cardiscountstereos.com again nor with a company that doesn't take AmX. I bought the deck from Best Buy and installed the deck, amp, speakers by Jan 1, 2010. "
"Ive ordered from here before almost a year ago and the order took 3 days..I Ordered an amp June 24th and it is right now July 9th.Ive emailed them 7 times with NO RESPONSE (Tracking thing they give you doesn't work either..If they cant handle the online business maybe they need to shut down...Secondly they shouldnt take money until they ship your product..They really let me down..If my order isnt here shortly im filing a internet fraud report and have the proper people handle them.. "I ordered from their site on September 3, 2007, which was a holiday(Labor Day). This meant that my order wasn't even processed until the 4th. Nevertheless, I get home today, September 6, and find my package waiting for me at my doorstep!! Although they don't send a tracking number to you in your order confirmation email, I was very surprised to receive my package(through UPS ground shipping) after only three days!! WOW!Plus I used a $10-off coupon that I found online to help out with the already unbelievably low price. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone who needs quality car audio products and needs them fast and cheap. "
"Very satisfied. Would order from again. Although I did not receive a tracking number, I did get the item faster then I thought I would. Shipping was a little high but there boxes are so cheap that even with the high shipping It was still less expensive than ordering from a different company.
