"Upon installing the truck cover, we found there were not enough grommets to secure the cover in windy conditions. Also, it began to rain quite heavily, and the cover proved to be waterproof as the section over the bed drooped with the weight of the rain. We purchased 2 pieces of 4x8' plywood to eliminate this problem. Overall, the cover is high end and looks good over our truck. Will update the review in the Spring. "

"I was not given a "custom" cover as advertised.

CarCover.com lead me to believe that the car cover I purchased was specifically made for the 2022 Lexus NX 350. It was not. I purchased it in May for potential bad weather in Florida because I was renting a condo without a garage and my car would be outside in the elements. Hurricane Ian hit and, in advance, I placed the cover on my car as directed. It performed like a parachute, blowing up in the air and twisting around, because it was not a fitted car cover as advertised. It was not fitted to my car like other seasonal homeowner cars on the parking lot which remained tight to the bodies of their cars. The metal chain, which was supposed to remain under the car attaching the two sides, was thrown around and hit upon my passenger door leaving scratches. The lock on the cover rusted. I asked for a refund but was told it was past the 30 day return window. My point was that it was not a fitted car cover, custom to my car, as advertised and therefore I should not have to pay for something it was not. The product was also flawed in that the lock rusted and was no longer usable PLUS the cable scratched my car because the cover was not fitted.

I would not trust this company and would purchase through the other company that is a plural, CarCoverS.com. The two are apparently often confused. I would not purchase from this company. This is my opinion."

"Received our Gold Shield camper cover earlier than expected.
The fit is as well as can be expected, the cover is made for a square body while ours has a rounded down front. Make for difficulty to unzip and access the campers’ front door.
Still, this appears to be a good quality product at a reasonable price. At this time I highly recommend this to protect and preserve your camper.

"un boxing the cover is plastic wrapped and the rest of the items are thrown in the bottom of the box. no idea where the straps are and the covers for the gutters are flimsy material with no protection. I use tennis ball or pipe foam and duct tape to protect the cover. the material looks of poor quality compared to the other covers I have used. the latter cover is small and the material looks poor quality. I will return this item for a refund."

"As soon as I received my cover for the Chevy Suburban I immediately installed it. The cover was very nice fabric with an inside flannel layer that was extremely soft. It was a very good fit and looked great.! My only disappointing part was that the mirror pockets were not sewn in. This made it hard to install and look funny after the installation. I have this same cover for my corvette and the mirror pockets are sewn into it. It really makes the cover look more as a custom fit rather than a one size fits all. Would have given a 5 star if it weren't for the mirror issue. Other than that, very satisfied"
