"According to the emails sent it takes up to 14 days in some cases to ship their item out depending on size or weight but for some reason my order was completely forgotten about and after 16 days my order finally shipped because I called inquiring about the order that I never got any updates about. The people there are great and very friendly, they just didn’t take care of this side of the customer service as well."

"First off I live in Mississippi, and the fact is I could not get any of the local dealerships here to communicate back to me about my purchase, so I had to shop online in Texas.
I did find it a little odd, that the purchase did not post on the Mopar site, but rather only on the dealer site. Logan called me about my order that the steering rack I ordered was backordered, but If I wanted to purchase a new rack that was in stock that was available. Logan communicated that even though the new rack in stock did not show it was compatible with my truck in the Mopar system, that he spoke with his master mechanics on site to confirm what his local computers were telling him that the new rack will fit. Also all communications are detailed in my order status on their site, which made things much easier to keep track of. All I had to do was pull up my order, and read the notes entered, something that my local dealer ship here, Mac Haik in Flowood, MS, does not do.
After confirming that information I was informed that if for some reason the rack did not fit, he would arrange a return at no out of pocket shipping.
The rack fit as promised and I am happy that I finally have my truck back on the road after 3 months. Thank you so much for your communication. "
