"I bought a few things from Canadasmotorcycle. Shipping was fast, prices were fair. The reason I stopped doing business with them is because I received many items that were obviously not 100% new. (defects, scratches, chipped paint... that made them look like they were ''refurbished'' or had already been returned in the past by someone else) While they do have great customer service for returns I still feel it's a crappy thing to do when you send to a new customer something that was already sent back before in the hope they won't notice. It's a waste of our time and please don't take customers for idiots! "

"I'm a first-time motorcycle owner and found a helmet I really liked at Canada's Motorcycle. I placed the order, and I did read the notice that orders take up to 4 days to process. After having received no shipping confirmation after 5 (week) days I dropped them a line inquiring about my order. They replied stating a "logistical" issue, and at my request they upgraded my shipping to "Priority" at no cost to me. It did the trick, and I received my helmet in the nick of time for my inaugural ride on my new bike. I have since placed a second order and it was shipped and received in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Canada's Motorcycle, because the people behind get it and they care. The website is quite good and the ordering ordering/paying process is straight forward.

"I am lucky enough to live in a city like Calgary where we have great motorcycle stores. However, sometimes I want the convenience of buying online and for that I turn to Canada's Motorcycle. The customer service has always been excellent. Pricing is usually fair (sometimes cheaper than local, sometimes not). Shipping through Canada Post is fast. I have twice had to return items to Canada's Motorcycle. I chose the wrong size once. On the other occasion, there was a warranty claim. In both cases, Canada's Motorcycle made the process easy. I just had to cover the cost of return shipping. "

"While it's nice to have a large store such as canadasmotorcycle.ca their customer service is not very good. They don't respond to emails and processing time on order are terrible. 4/4 orders were shipped 4-5 days after order which doesn't work in this day and age. If you don't want to wait two weeks for a 3-4 days shipment than you'll want to look elsewhere."

"Canada's Motorcycle is a great company to do business with. I ordered a pair of boots and some mounting brackets. The order was filled and shipped immediately. Unfortunately, one of the brackets was incorrectly packaged (fault of the manufacturer). I got ahold of CM Customer Service and they immediately ordered a new bracket, ensuring it would be delivered by a cut-off date I needed. It was delivered two days ahead of schedule. No hassle, no issues, just great customer service. Nice to be able to deal with a Canadian firm in Canadian dollars and not have to put up with shipping and currency exchange issues.
