"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!! The worst!They confirmed stock on the phone I ordered, sent me a Paypal Invoice and I paid for the phone. They sent me a tracking number. I checked the tracking the next day and it indicated no pick up. I phoned them several times and no answer! I emailed several times no reply! I managed to find out these guys are the same firm as WorldGSM! I called them and some women said we do not have stock and would refund my money. I sent a dispute through Paypal! Again NO reply! I sent another NO reply! I called and now they will not answer their phone. I am waiting for refund from Paypal. Most likely 30 days to solve case! "

"Awful customer service. They offered overnight shipping but shipped after 4 business days and didn't contact me or responded my emails. They sent me a phone that looked like new but it was a used phone probably returned by someone else because it had placed and received phone calls as well as messages and even contacts and emails... Opened a dispute on Paypal and have never responded anything after writing a message with the link to the delivery confirmation page...
