"just before Christmas i ordered a tablet.the time receiving the item was good.BUT it was the wrong item and the charger did not work the face of the tablet was not protected so it was marked up and the biggy is that it wasn't the model i ordered .so after a few emails they wanted me to send it back so they can resend the right one,1st if i had money ,I would have bought a tablet with better spec's, , so now i don't have the cash to send it to them..Its a lose lose situation with these guys, I would buy an abacus before i would deal with campus111 again.Warehouse based in Ohio .Hong Kong owned company.... Garbage pushing ripoffs. So I'll be looking into what can be done.it appears to be enough folks out there that have the same complaint to get a potion and send it to the Ohio business legal action team and the state reps., stay tune for the blog url.....thank you/// repoff hater "

"Campus111.com is an inimical group of con artists situated in Hong Kong. I ordered a battery charger from them and received, after a delay, the wrong item.

Because their customer service representatives have (or pretend to have) such a poor grasp of the english language, it has been very difficult to communicate with them. I sent them pictures of the product they shipped me as well as a picture of the charger I ordered taken directly from their website and, rather than offerring to send me the correct product, they suggest I purchase a half-baked 'universal' battery charger from them. This item is, without question, a fire and explosive hazard.

Now, after days of struggling to interpret inchoate email messages from Campus111.com,they have stopped responding to me entirely, even after this poorly written promise: "Plz, dont worry , I will be here with you till the problem is out."

My advice? DO NOT ORDER FROM CAMPUS111. You'll waste your money and, more importantly, you'll waste your TIME.

"The quality of the product was very poor. I ordered an MP3 player and it has a constant static noise in the background. After reading trouble about returns to campus111, I won't even try to contact them and will consider the $16 as a loss."

"Never again. I ordered a simple cable from them. It was dead on arrival. I had to pay return shipping and I'm still waiting for a refund. They send emails apologizing for everything, but do nothing to make it alright. They required me to scan and email the receipt and shipping label along with the RMA number for fast credit. They only have one person who can issue refunds and guess what? He's not available.
They're cheap but you will not get what you pay for.

"I purchased two mp3/mp4/video players from Campus111, thinking that the players would be shipped from Columbus, Ohio, as that is their stated location. After purchase, I learned that they are really in Hong Kong, and it would take 3-4 weeks to receive the items. I paid an additional $13.00 for faster shipping. When I received the players I discovered that it is impossible to load any movie clips into the players. I used 5 different video conversion programs, including the one included with the players on a cd. After many emails with Campus111 I finally gave up, as they didn't have an answer to the problem. They wouldn't exchange the players for another model which actually works for video, so it is obvious that none of their players will accept video. They finally offered a $3.00 refund for each player as they are not as advertised. I refused, as this was an insult. This company misrepresents their location, and lies about the product. Beware!!!"

"I placed an order in July, but didn't receive the entire order initially (though the part I did receive came in much quicker than I expected.) I e-mailed regarding the missing products, and received a quick e-mail back saying they would take care of it. Just a few days later, the remainder of the order appeared. I don't know if it had already shipped, or if they express-shipped it out to me, but I was very happy with the service they provided, especially considering the awesome price."

"Overall point: Campus111 has great prices and great products, but their horrendous shipping somewhat kills the deal.

I have ordered 3 so-called "mp4" players from this store. The first one I bought was $31.95 plus $9.95 shipping. Shipping was OK. The item arrived in a week and a day. The next item was another 512mb mp4 player for $32.25. It was supposedly shipped on October 3, and I have yet to see it. When I complained, however, they offered a prompt refund, which was good. The last player I ordered the 2nd of this month, for $52.45. I got a shipping confirmation the same day, but when I contacted them a week later to check the status of the order and they sent me a usps tracking number, it said that it was shipped the 7th - five days later! That I found to be a minus. I still haven't received it, either. Supposedly they attempted to deliver it when I wasn't home and a signature was required, so the post office left a slip. I filled it out and left it at my front door yesterday, so hopefully I'll receive it in the next couple of days.

I recommend this company if you are looking for inexpensive quality goods, but don't count on receiving them for a while. I know I shouldn't blame them because they don't really have control over shipping, but I find it odd that whenever I order goods from other companies they arrive on time, but with Campus111 it's always an issue. Ah well. Overall a great company with great customer service, but they just need to get a little more organized.
