Worst Company EVER!

"As noted by one of the other people that also posted on this review board, I had the exact same issue. I cancelled my account in November 2018, and out of the blue (4 months later), I get this insane email saying I owe a ridiculous amount of money! They claimed to have sent multiple emails notifying me of this issue, but I hadn't received one - except for the one notifying me of this ridiculous bill they wanted me to randomly pay. Fortunately, I had a copy of the email where I requested the cancellation, so I forwarded it their way. It will probably disappear though - just like all the so-called "billing notices" they claimed to have sent me, LOL! The funny part of it all is that the monthly charge (when I was a client) was only $5 a month. The total bill amount they say now owe totals about 5 years worth of monthly bills - which would have been longer than I had even been a client of theirs, LOL! What a mess! They are the worst, worst, WORST company ever! Stay far, far away...they are a complete mess and can't manage their business activities appropriately. "

Terrible company, Terrible Customer Service, Thieves.

"Worst company i ever dealt with in my life. There features are confusing and not user friendly. I called to cancel my account in October and was assured it was cancelled, They tired to debit my account 8 times after that between November and January and ran overdrafts fees on me close to $300. In between those attempted debits i called AGAIN and ask why my account was not cancelled and they told me they had no record of me cancelling the account. I told them to cancel the account again and after that they still tried to debit my account. Stay away from this morons, they are the worse of the worse."

"20 Mar/2014 - Callture is not answering my many emails. I have a problem with their service. I do not know what to do about this? Perhaps you can help me in this matter.
