"I had about $12 Credit left on my last calling card, which - due to a 5 week trip overseas - I did not yet use . After all, one can use the card only in the USA. When I came back from overseas, I tried to use my calling card (after all, had a $12 Credit left on the card) but my use was denied. When I tried to use it, the recording said : " This account is not in use" .
I was overseas ,so of course my account was not in use for a while... But why could not I use it when I returned to the US ??? I feel cheated. Calling cards owes me that balance."

Lots of static in the background, echo and just hard to hear each other from both ends. Disconnects a lot."
