FINALLY got it back in great order. Took at least 3 weeks. Had emails after I chased them up with cryptic reasons for delay.
If there are genuine delays then customer needs to be told immediatley.

Bought a product that stated would arrive in 7 days. After that timeframe had expired I began to wonder what had happened - so i used the "live chat help" where I met Ben and he was extremely helpful. There had been a delay and i ended up receiving the product two days late ( 9 working days ) which is a little disappointing although the product i did receive was in VERY good condition and for a VERY good price. I just suggest that staff update customers a little better in the future as i had no idea what was going on. Also if shipping speeds could be increased I would rate 5/5"
