Scam do not trust

"Took my money and sent me a broken phone. Tried to send it back , ignored all my calls. Don't trust the reviews you see one here they are all fake I've heard from several sources. The guys name is Nandi , he is a criminal who is scamming people out of their hard earned money"

Do not buy under any circumstances

"The phone that arrived stopped working completely within two days. I suspect it might have been a refurbished product being advertised as new.
I sent the phone back. A month and a half has passed and I still haven't received a replacement or a refund. Each time I email them they say they are waiting on a response from their shipping team. I tried calling them and the person who answered the phone said I had the wrong number.

Shipping time takes forever, might change rating after phone has been received.

"Messaged to ask whether or not the phone was in stock before ordering, was told that I should be expecting it by the end of that week. Didn't - they didn't even ship it out.
Then emailed and they told me 5 to 6 business days. After that period I messaged again and was told phone would be delivered to me by the end of this week.
It is now the end of this week and was told that I should be expecting it by mid next week.

The phone is not even shipped by them yet, and I ordered it because I needed it quite urgently. Very unhappy with the misleading lies and constant delay. Might change review after I receive the phone (if I ever do, their service is not very reassuring at this stage).

Based on my experience so far I would strong advise anyone to stay away!

EDIT***

One star remains! It was weeks after that comment until I finally received my order. Thought everything was finally dealt with, UNTIL THEY DIDN'T INCLUDE 2 ACCESSORIES. This tells me the phone was opened and the service is careless. Messaged them and now the waiting game begins again for when the missing accessories would arrive. My guess would be sometime next year?

Absolute Worst experience

"Spent months doing nothing to my tablet, wouldn't tell me address in Napier for me to pick up tablet & held on to it despite my MANY requests to return. Needed it for holiday as had all my info, never got it in time, so holiday cost me lots more. In future would make sure they tell me address before I let anyone take my device not PO Box. Took me 6 months to get my tablet back, more cracked & no refund. I am not one to usually complain but tried leaving feedback on their website but got deleted. Didn't say anything more than this but obviously they only kept the good feedback. It fooled me at the time. That experience was 2 years ago now but was painful!"

Property and cash stolen

"Do not trust. I sent my phone to be repaired just under 2 months ago now, got an automated response telling me they received payment and phone. Then nothing after that. They're phone services are down , and no one responding to emails. Don't be another victim of this fraudulent outfit "

Tried to charge me more and broke my phone.

"Paid to have my cracked phone screen replaced in FEB this year. They told me it couldn't be done, they'd have to replace the whole LCD and would cost me more than double in addition to what I had already paid to fix it. I told them to send it back and refund my money. They ignored me for a month. I asked them what the hell was going on and they said they had fixed the phone and 'replaced' the LCD. I told them specifically I had said NOT to go ahead with the repair and no way in hell was I paying for repairs that I did not authorize. Radio silence. They said they would send the phone back, received a fortnight later. My formally BLACK samsung s6 edge had a new GOLD screen on it. They had NOT replaced the whole LCD, just the screen, and now the phone is half black half gold and down either side of the edge of the screen is two gaps so you can literally see INSIDE THE PHONE. Absolutely no way I can sell this on for anywhere near what it's worth, so I sent it back to be fixed. PROPERLY. Another month passes with minimal contact. Eventually they tell me that it is fixed to their standards, and if I want it actually fixed properly, I was going to have to pay them even more. I told them to send it back. Received it back a week later. It's now August so this saga has been ongoing and frankly ridiculous. They will literally do everything they can to get as much money out of you and do a absolutely terrible job in their repair efforts. Who in their right mind would think it was acceptable to apply a gold screen to a black phone, and to affix it so poorly it didn't even align with the bezel? Terrible, terrible company who lies about the turn around time. It's taken 7 months of arguing with this god-awful company and my phone is in a worst state than when I sent it away. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and would actively warn others against using them for their phone repairs."

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DODGY SITE! OR LOSE YOUR MONEY!

"I recently tried to buy a phone from this site as a gift for someone that needed to arrive before a certain date. I was in email contact with their customer service team who promptly reassured me that it would definitely arrive before the date and orders take only 7 days or less to arrive. They also said they would update me regularly re phone order progress. So then I purchased the phone via PayPal given the reassurance it would arrive on time. $700+ later, a couple weeks go by and I email the customer service asking where my order is, as I have received no updates on order progress. I get an email from them saying order is still being processed but should arrive a day before I need it if not earlier. Now I'm not feeling too comfortable, and I ask for an explanation of what the hold up is. 6 days go by with no response, and it is now the day before I need the gift, so I try to call the call center multiple times, and whatta ya know - NO ANSWER and only a VOICEMAIL service to deal with. I leave a message, then I email AND text saying if I don't get a response I'll call the cops on the fraudulent outfit. Then immediately, I get an email and a text from them apologising, saying the phone is still in transit and had not arrived blah blah blah. I then demanded a refund and they tried to say they'd give me extra stuff instead (a charger and cable or something). I say no n cause I needed the gift for the next day and will be getting my refund via buyers protection on PayPal (thank goodness for PayPal). Anyway, I eventually received the refund from PayPal and ended up having to buy the gift I needed elsewhere with other finances I had to find last-minute. Safe to say, I was a bit naive re buying online at legit sites, BUT DONT WANT THIS HAPPENING TO OTHERS. I read all their reviews too, but obviously they're fake on their website, as evidenced by the negative reviews on this page, which looks to be what the regular experience is with this company. DONT PAY ATTENTION TO THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THESE PEOPLE ARE DODGY."

Very Dodgy dealing - stay away from this outfit!

"I was looking at replacing my LCD & digitiser. I called and was told that they were able to do the job. I immeditely paid online - and sent my phone to the designated P.O.Box. Customer service at that point was very good with constant updates - I chased them a bit to ensure they received my payment - as the order status on their website showed payment not received and unfulfilled.
Support told me not to worry about it and that the payment was received. I enquired as to the status a couple of days later and was told that they have 5 -7 days to turn the order around. Although I was a bit dissappointed, I waited, a few days later, i was still waiting, constant chasing and I was told that the workshop did not have the parts! After a couple of weeks of so I was told they now had the parts .. however no progress. Needless to say I had to chase heaps - I was meant to go overseas and then insisted they send my phone back and after constant chasing and almost begging they did send the phone back in the original UNFIXED state.
Its been a few weeks now and I am still chasing for a refund.
I must say their support staff are polite and respond to emails with somewhat standard messages and seem to make an effort running around getting updates.
Still waiting for a refund.. Not to start talking about the inconvenience of not having my phone for weeks!

"DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
They have had my phone for 3 and a half weeks. With virtually no contact except when I make it. They have had my money for well over a week and they have not even started working on my phone. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no and they can't help. So coming up to 4 weeks later my phone hasn't even started to be worked on and I can't have my money back. Terrible company would never reccomend!!!!

"This company had my phone for 4 weeks. I had to chase them up numerous times to get it back. When it finally arrived it was repaired only to break down 8 weeks later. When I phoned them to get it fixed they said the warranty only lasts 14 days. I would not recommend using this company. Plenty of answer phones etc; but only one guy working and answering. Too dodgy. Don't use."

"First of all, the contact representatives aren't even located in NZ. I was made numerous promises that NEVER came through. They were almost IMPOSSIBLE to contact even after complications. Loads of excuses. They also removed not only my post on Facebook. But also others! So it looks as if nobody has anything negative to say. & I'm blocked from posting my experience. I'd be suprised if this review shows but I am getting word around. EVENTUALLY, after numerous attempts & non-stop harassing (Demanding & reporting scam threats), I got a refund. Do not trust this company. Better to be safe than sorry!"

Stay away folks!

"We sent Callcom a Samsung Galaxy Tab for a replacement screen. "Oh yes, we can do that quickly for you." Really????? Over a month later and despite numerous attempts to contact we still haven't received it back or been given an accurate date of when it might be ready. They keep promising to email or call, but never do. The parts are always just about to arrive.

Just wish I'd seen this site before trusting them to do this repair.

When things go wrong

"I bought 2 Samsung 5s from Callcom. The first arrived and I was up and running in no time. The second was a different story. We had apps flicking on an off on it randomly. We worked with Callcom and ultimately identified the issue properly and Callcom solved the problem. Callcom kept responding and did not give up until our phone was working well. Hat off to them.
